When there I will said only 60 percent of the place was full but the severs did not even was trying people just will stand up by the door but no one will come said welcome or hello or go ahead go seat down I even took a table for 25 min no came over I said hi to a waiter and when to he’s station talk to couple girls but that was it. We yes stand up and left some people did too poor service a least go ahead set down I will be there shortly not at all

I have been coming here for years to watch the UFC fights and the bartenders have always taken care of me and have been amazing. Both Scotty and Molly have been exceptional. I came to use my birthday free 6 piece wings and their system was down. They let me know that I couldn’t use it even though it was active . I asked Scotty if he could ask the manager Jesse if there was something he could do for me. Scotty went over to ask Jesse and he just threw up his arms and basically said too bad. He didn’t even come over to talk to me personally. Crazy that a manager that represents a company that I have been coming here for years doesn’t even have the time to come over and talk to his patrons and at least maybe think of something outside of the box to take care of his customer. I guess that is why this location has a 3.7 google rating while my business in the same town, where I am the general manager and takes care of my customers has a 4.8 google review with over 1k reviews. Funny how he didn’t have the decency to come and talk to me, maybe that would have made the difference. I can’t imagine as a general manager myself that I wouldn’t personally come and address my customers. Not good business or customer service and to think a corporation would have a manager that doesn’t have the time to talk to his customers says a lot about Buffalo Wild Wings.

This is a fun place to go have a beer and have some wings while watching a game on the tons of TVs they have. The bartenders are great and the servers are so sweet! I meet my friends there once or twice a week.

The food and service was amazing, only suggestion is more bacon on the burger. Being a sports bar the ambiance was a little overwhelming for someone with autism but the food and service definitely made up for it. If you are into sports it has well over a dozen TVs and a pretty extensive selection of beer on tap
