Fries were covered in so much salt it was not edible I coughed up eating just one. Had to throw them away why put that much salt I paid so much for two large fries just to toss them out!

Please for the love of god fix your speaker! i hope corporate reads this. Every time I come here I have to repeat myself 5x per item I order because staff has to work with what I assume is run down technology and the staff doesn’t deserve my snappy impatience over something they have no control over. Give your team workable equipment and maybe these reviews can get better!

They are not open until midnight. Twice I have gotten off work late and gone over there at 11:10pm to 11:15pm desperate for dinner, and they were closed. I went through the drive thru and no one answered. So I parked and walked up to the doors, and the lights were on with the doors locked. Also a burger is now basically $10. Might as well go to a restaurant for that price.

Customer service was terrible. Whether I dine in or take out they never get my order right. I have a grandson which is the only reason I go. The drive thru worker named Terrence was extremely rude and looked as me like was stupid when I asked for a copy for the receipt because it fell. Please do better and make sure you listen to people's orders before cutting them off.
