Burger Lounge has some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The employees are also very nice and the place has a great vibe. I would definitely recommend anyone who has the chance to try it.

I love Burger Lounge and the Temecula location is always awesome with service and food. However their corporate geeks just switched out the utensils for these worthless bamboo spots and dull knives in some effort to "save the planet". Silliness. Either bring your own utensils if you're eating anything that requires cutting or avoiding Burger Lounge all together.

I love eating here but tonight, I was so disappointed. Ordered 3 lounges and 1 classic and all patties were overcooked. Mine was a little burn.It wasn’t like this before. It’s always been good.Please, no matter how busy your day is….be consistent on how you cook tour meat.Then, we ordered half and half, it’s on the receipt, yet they gave all fries?.Reporting so it won’t happen again.
