Service wasn’t great. Watched other people’s food get delivered to their tables and we had to go pick up our food from the front even though we were dining in. Lady at the register wasn’t friendly either. Other than that, the food was great.

Burger Lounge has some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The employees are also very nice and the place has a great vibe. I would definitely recommend anyone who has the chance to try it.
Parking: There’s tons of parking right by the place.
Kid-friendliness: The employees are super nice and make sure everyone feels welcome.

I love Burger Lounge and the Temecula location is always awesome with service and food. However their corporate geeks just switched out the utensils for these worthless bamboo spots and dull knives in some effort to "save the planet". Silliness. Either bring your own utensils if you're eating anything that requires cutting or avoiding Burger Lounge all together.
