Been here a few times before food has been great, had no issue. But last night we ordered it and now we have food poisoning. So not sure if we'll come back.

Ordered to-go. They didn't see the order until I got there and then they cancelled it claiming their system was down. How could they see it or cancel it right then if their system was down? What a waste of my time.

I used to come here often when my mom had doctor appointments up here and it was always pretty great and a nice environment. Now we are new to the area and decided to give it a try again. I really like their buffalo chicken sandwich and their lavender mint lemonade. My husband usually gets a burger and in my opinion, they are always pretty dry. The first time we came here they forgot my mom's salad dressing which we didn't realize till we went home so that was pretty annoying. The second time we came here they didn't put mushrooms on her truffle burger, which was also somewhat annoying as again, we didn't realize till we got home. It's hard to double check as they staple their bags shut. I wish their quality control was a little better but when I called to let them know their mistakes, they were very sweet and gave us a gift card. The restaurant always seems pretty busy when we go so it's a very hectic environment. Not sure I'd enjoy dining in with two little ones. Service is hit or miss, sometimes they are very sweet and sometimes not so much.

Had a great experience today… burgers are delicious. Fries and onion rings with their ranch is delicious, and the cold brew shake was delicious. Really nice and friendly staff and a really well decorated dining room with nice atmosphere.

Best burger, great staff. You pay around $22 for a simple meal but best burger. IDK why it is always freezing cold inside. It has become the family burger place for us. Thank you!!!!!

Been to the one in Irvine but found this one closer to home. The burgers are very good and will work my way through their menu over time. I like that they are not frozen and the buns are fresh. Will definitely return.
The burgers here are the best burgers I've had in this area. The patty itself is definitely the star of the show!! Their onion rings are great as well. Will be back for sure.

I ordered from Uber Eats. I was looking for someplace new. The Husky burger was one of the best I've ever had. So good and juicy. I had the 1/2 fries 1/2 onion rings option. The next time I'll have only onion rings. The fries were okay, but the rings were better. I'll be ordering again soon.

Thank you for responding for my previous review. Sadly the employees are still practicing their rule of no more dinning area 30 mins before close . I have change the stars from 1 to 4 because food is still amazing , the cooks are friendly and you (business manager )try to help me , it just didn't work. Anyways writing this just to give the business manager an update . We did give it another chance and we went twice. First time we luckily got there at 8:20pm so we were able to seat at the dinning table however as soon as 8:30pm they blocked off the dinning with trash cans as you can see in the photos . 2nd time we got there at 8:35pm and dinning area is close off so we decided to head to habit burger instead, not as good but they close at 10pm. Anyways I think changing the hours would be the best solution to this that way the business is not misleading the costumers. Will still eat here whenever I get off work early.
