Thank you to Travis for the excellent service! We went for a birthday brunch and his genuine hospitality was evident throughout the meal. He was patient and kind helping my mom select the right bubbly, which was greatly appreciated.
We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Thornton Winery. We shared the Cafe Champagne salad, which we both loved. For our entrees, we chose the filet mignon and the braised short rib. Both were excellent. Service could have been a bit more attentive, but overall, we had a very positive experience, and we would definitely return.
Celebrated my birthday with friends. We had a reservation, but frankly, the place was deserted on a Monday afternoon. They closed the Cafe Restaurant and seated us instead up on the patio outside the gift shop. It was a nice enough area. Our server was nice and knew the menu well. The champagne and wine flights were fun. The beverages were good. Two of us had the beef short rib in red wine sauce. Mashed potatoes and some young veggies were included. Very tasty meal.
