Horrible horrible customer service. From the moment we walked in the employee man with the dreads gave us the most horrible service. We literally left half way through him making our burrito because of how rude he was. Never coming back..

Came in today around 12pm. After eating half of my salad, I noticed there was a hair in my bowl. I brought this to the cashier's attention who responded "I can't say that it's mine." I let her know I didn't care whose hair it was, I just wanted to bring it to their attention. She seemed annoyed and did offer to remake my bowl. Lost my appetite My biggest issue is they did not offer a refund or even apologize. I felt like I was a disturbance here.

This was my first time at Café Rio. I ordered the sweet pork quesadilla along with some queso cheese, dip and chips. Both were absolutely delicious. There's a guy at the register who was super sweet, funny and gave excellent customer service felt like I was at a friends house. I think he said his name was Devin. I would definitely come back. It's rare to find delicious food and great customer service in one place.

Orlando is an amazing employee at the Temecula location across from the mall. His hip appearance and positive attitude made ordering a pleasure. His enthusiasm meets the expectations of any customer. Thank you for allowing us to wait for the best meat of the house #barbacoa!

They need to give Alicia Alejandra a raise! She goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. From what we have seen the employees work so very hard and the food is delicious. The space is clean.
Food was good, peppers were very undercooked. Kid working at the front cash register was very friendly and helpful.
