For 20hr workers should remember to put napkins in the Bag! . Especially cause Carls Jr is known for sloppy burgers! Food was just ok! .. Blueberry Baller drink was good.. bbq chicken sandwich was ok. 2 fish sandwiches husband wasn't enthused ,McDonald's tastes better he said.

I've always liked Carls Jr for the fact they do things a little different than everyone else. Charbroil burgers, real hand breaded chicken, thick real ice cream shakes, the way they wrap each burger as a presentation when they hand it to you, and the fact it actually takes a few extra minutes to get your food even after you've payed for it because making it the way they do takes a little longer in order for it to have the quality it does. Also, I'd say their burgers are the closest to looking the way they are presented on the drive up screen compared to everyone else. Give them a try if you haven't in a while.

I pre-ordered my sandwiches online and paid for them. I showed up at the pickup time and although my order was ready, they did not hand me my bag. Even though there was no one else there as soon as other cars pulled into the drive-thru they decided to help them first while I waited and left my food get cold. Horrible experience. Very disappointed. I think Carl would be rolling over in his grave.

I usually just get the breakfast burger, it's my favorite ?. Kind of reminds me of a Japanese burger called the Sasebo burger, not quite but it's good.

Unbelievable waiting at the drive-through for five minutes and no one took my order or responded to me and they were clearly open, but did not care worst service I’ve ever received. I just wanted to order a breakfast sandwich really quick in between jobs at work.
