Went to this Carl’s Jr it’s been awhile since I been to Carl’s Jr and I’ll tell u since Covid I have done nothing but find terrible customer service and today this gal was so gracious and helpful and her kindness really helped me today. I don’t think she realized what a bad day I was having and she really made it better. I want to thank her, I believe her name was Marisa. Great job young lady.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was deeply upsetting. I witnessed what can only be described as bullying — harsh tone, dismissiveness, and unprofessional conduct. Instead of offering support or clarity, the response was impatience and public criticism, which was uncomfortable to watch. No one deserves to be treated that way and certainly not the patrons who come to enjoy a meal. Until they address their internal issues and learn to treat people with respect and basic decency, I can't recommend this place.
PSA: if you're looking for clean food served by dedicated employees, this is not what you want. The cooks top old sauce into new sauce, use old dry meat from the warmer instead of throwing it away, re-drop fries instead of making fresh even when you ask, work on your food while touching their cell phone, leave raw chicken in the dredging flour which causes bacteria and the dishes Oh my, the cleaning and sanitizing water always has food product and grease so your food is tainted. They use expired buns when new are available and never clean the kitchen or fryer. I myself scrubbed every chair leg and window for that place as well as trash receptacles when other shift leaders never deep cleaned anything, but because of politics and cliques I couldn't get DM or Gm to help your local eatery weed out the problem employees, instead it was easier to let the one person who cared go. Corporate came, held a meeting, asking for corrective action forms to be written on bad behaviors but failed to act on them and let the cliques say I was fighting. From my first week of my employment my Starbucks $25 cup was stolen and leadership tested as I was told no by crew to take out trash, scrub sinks before dishes, take raw chunks of chicken out of the flour etc. basically keep the food and dishes clean but instead, they corroborated lies against me to get me out so they can keep sitting down, on the phone, going to Starbucks on the clock, basically not work to earn the $20 and hour. I was the only serve safe certified shift leader there so they don't implement those standards, shame on them. Oops my photos of the black oil fryer etc won't load
