The staff here are always friendly, the place is clean, and my order’s always right. But the food quality has dropped—burgers aren’t made fresh anymore. I came during the lunch rush, and the grill wasn’t even turned on. Patties were pulled from a tray, not cooked to order. If they brought back fresh, hot burgers, more people would definitely come in. Edit: I did call and speak to the manager and the guy tried to gaslight me and tell me that my experience was true. That what I saw I didn't see and what I experienced I didn't experience. He tried to make excuses for why there weren't any customers in the place and why the food was cold. Just stop it dude. Let's all live in reality. He said he worked there for 43 years and that's the problem. You have worked there so long you can't see the forest for the trees you just see the bottom line and not how someone like me see the decline.

The cashier was on the phone the whole time I had to repeat my order 3 times when I got to the window I can see the airpod on one ear and with the other one she was taking orders I orders to spicy chicken sandwich and found a women hair on it so unprofessional never going back.

Almost every time I order they leave a sandwich out and often don't include any sauses. Very disappointed experience! I need to not let the drive through rush us and double check all orders. Hate having to hold up the drive through but I don't see any other options. Clearly the company does not know how to properly train employees or they overwhelm the employees they are unable to do quality work.

Ever since founder Carl Karcher passed away the food at Carls has never been very good. Burgers are served at the wrong temperature and have been sitting on a steam table or something. The once pronounced flavor of the Famous Star is now muted by reduced quality meat and cheese. Other food products are also not great. Service at this location remains better than most. But the hustle and bustle of 1980’s Carl’s is gone.

This Carl’s Jr. is better than most other locations. However, the taste/quality of Carl’s Jr.’s food at all locations has degraded significantly since the death of its founder Carl Karcher. Flavors of classic menu items like the Famous Star are less pronounced. Often burgers are served at the wrong temperature.

I had an issue with my Reward points being removed when I updated the new App. I voiced my concern by an email through the customer service link in the Carl's Jr. App.

Somehow I was contacted by the owner of several of the Temecula Carl's Jrs, Carlos
by phone. He thought I had some issue at the Temecula Parkway location. I said I did not, but that I had lost all of my Rewards points.

He offered to help as best he could, but also offered for my trouble, 2 complementary sandwiches, which equalled my Reward points that had gone missing.

I am a satisfied customer that Carlos stood behind his company and location. Great customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Temecula Parkway location will always be our favorite location.

Savage Staysaucy

The loddy was closed after an hour of them being open. I asked if I could use the loddy because my window was broken, they said no. So I ordered my food and the took well over 15 mins in the drive thru.

USS Forbes

May 29th 2024 right around 8:00 p.m., I'm that guy who left all pissed off. I was yelling at the bees flying into the car that were buzzing around your place. I think that was misunderstood. And I'm sorry about my usage of words, I should have said I was there to order a special cheeseburger. Not pick up. The word pick up added some confusion. The girl at the window seems like she thought I was picking a fight with her, I was just trying to shoe the bees away that were flying into my car.

SATURDAY MAY 11, 9AM 2024When part of your order is missing, and you have to drive all the way back, they don’t give you anything for your wasted time and inconvenience. No coupon for the next visit, no free food, nothing.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It seems like the wages go up but the quality of service does not.
