Terrible service, inept employees taking and giving order in drive thru. She did not listen to my order I had to repeat myself several times. My shake was 3/4 full and barely any whip cream. I had to park and go in the store to get it remade. When I went for the remake it took at least 5 minutes!! Helping others after I was being helped for the second time. I am not happy and especially now that your employees are making $20 an hour. I should be getting excellent products and service.

I politely pointed out that I was overcharged and the girl working the drive through window made a face at me before fixing my order to the correct price. I got home and they had put so much salt in my food I couldn't eat it.

The gentlemen with the short hair/buzz cut respectfully took my order happily and with wonderful customer service 10 minutes before closing and also wished me a happy new year and yes I came straight here to write this. I forgot to ask your name kind sir but make sure you guys treat the employees that care like this gentleman with what they deserve! Amazing burger too on such short notice super happy!

Where do I even start! I ordered over $20 in food. Got home and literally every item in my order was rock hard between the chicken patties, chicken stars, buns, soda not having any carbonation, and even the fries were cold. If it was one item it wouldn't have been an issue, but every single item is just sad. I had called and tried to get it resolved. They told me they would write my name down, and I would get my food replaced. End of discussion. Well the next day I tried to come back and I get my order replaced, and I was told by the general manager Ariel, that he would not be replacing my order unless I brought my food back from the day prior. I had informed him the food was thrown away since it was from the day before. He told me there's no way he would replace my order and he would only give me 50%off. How is this the customers fault when they weren't even told to bring the food back? He flat out refused and gave attitude and gave me a hard time cutting me off while I tried to speak and explain myself. He blamed me for the girl taking the call only being 16 years old and not knowing better! I can't understand how I'm at fault for that, but he continued to blame me for that. I kept telling him there was no food it was trashed, and he just continued to argue and not try to hear me out. Not one time did I get an apology for the food being inedible. Not one care of the customer AT ALL. He actually was putting the blame on me, and acted like I was to blame for my experience. I left feeling absolutely horrible and felt robbed of my money. This place needs to be responsible for their employees putting out UNSAFE food, cause I can't imagine getting chicken that old could be healthy. At this point I don't want anything but people to know to stay away from this place at all costs. Between the disgusting food, and absolutely horrible service by the general manager Ariel, it was just bad :( Please take my word for it. Go to another location! ‍

Family ordered for me the green chili burger today. Informed they were out of green chili but was sold the burger at full price anyway. Overall an extreme disappointment. Not only was the burger flat, it was also very tasteless. Even the meat didn't have the flame grilled flavor as usual and it felt aa though it was slightly undercooked. Very bland burger. Toppings and dressings were also lacking. Which is sad because this location has never failed before.
