We love Carol's. Been coming here for over 20 years. Their Vineyard Chicken Salad is wonderful - perfectly grilled chicken over mixed greens with grapes, glazed pecans, and a mellow gorgonzola with a mild dressing that complements without overpowering. A great mix of savory and sweet. My favorite salad anywhere. My wife swears by the burgers. We had a very nice Merlot and Reisling, too. Great meal.

Love the atmosphere, live music great service and very clean. Not moved by the food. But, I think most people go for the wine. Bread was soggy.
While visiting Temecula for our anniversary, my husband and I enjoyed a lovely lunch on the patio. Lovely setting, wonderful live music and great service from Marla (who has worked there 23 yrs!). We shared the grilled chicken sandwich - it was delicious and full of flavor. Highly recommend!

Visited this with locals who took me for lunch and to hear a friend who was singing. We had burgers and sandwiches (delicious Reuben) and wine since the place is, after all, adjacent to the Bailey vineyard. We sat outdoors on a sunny Sunday afternoon and enjoyed lunch along with the music. Service was fine and so was the food.

Over Presidents' Day holiday weekend 2023, we enjoyed a very nice lunch at Carol's Restaurant at Baily Winery. Delicious Reuben sandwich, Baily's Salad, Kennebec french fries and a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. It was Dog Day Sunday so Bella & the other pups munched on chicken with peanut butter. Entertainment on the outdoor patio included live music.
