I absolutely love the shredded beef Chimichangas here. I have also had their flautas. They are good too! Casa de Lucy is my favorite Mexican food restaurant in Temecula. They are a smaller restaurant with cultural charm. This allows for a peaceful dining experience without all the auditory and visual over stimulation of a big restaurant. You should check them out. Oh yeah, Enjoy!!!

Had the chilaquiles, my wife had huevos rancheros. The chilaquiles had a flavorful sauce, served with eggs and frijoles. The huevos rancheros also had a delicious sauce. Service was quick and attentive.

Suffice it to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I have lived within walking distance of this little gem , and only when my hip was in pain did venture in. I am glad that I did.
I suspect that I was not drawn to this spot because it located in a nondescript strip mall in Temecula, and somewhat distanced from other eateries. However, as soon as I walked in, I immediately noticed the office menu items, one of which immediately grabbed my attention: mole rojo.
I hadn't had it in over 25 years. It was like stepping back in time. I strongly suspect that my waitress is either an owner or relative of the owner(s).
Good solid spot. Decor is about as authentic and homey as one can devise in an otherwise sterile modern strip center. I'll be back, soon.

Went here today for lunch and ordered 2 burritos, a chicken fajita plate, and 3 sodas. It came out to $79 before the tip. When I asked why the prices on the bill were more than what was listed on the menu she told me that “all of my customers know the prices on the menu aren’t right, we charge more now.” I told her that it was my first time there and she said she would take $2 off.. I feel like it was unethical and possibly illegal to charge $4 more for each item than what was listed on the menu. They also said there was no refills on the sodas that we were charged almost $4 for. Definitely won’t be back. If I would have been aware of the prices I wouldn’t have had an issue, it just seemed wrong to post one price and then charge 23% more without letting anyone know that it was happening.

Macho burrito was huge and had the best verse sauce I’ve had in a while. Great little family owned operation. Very nice team and environment.
Absolutely perfect from the chips to the salsa to the Fridas to the everything. And the bathroom is lovely. Super clean!
Great food and service
Great atmosphere and authentic experience food with great flavor.
Definitely not a place you want to bring your small children, but the food is good.
Kid-friendliness: Probably only OK for older kids (not toddlers)
