Amazing ambiance. If you have the chance to sit in the cave, definitely do it. The truffle gnocchi, salmon, and cave burger were very good. I would absolutely come back and get all of that again.

Awful service, waited 30 minutes for a waitress to come by when the restaurant was empty. Reccomend going to a different spot.

The food was really good! The seating format is so neat, its like you get your own private “barrel room”. They also serve cocktails from their distillery if you're not in a wine mood after wine tasting. Desserts were also fantastic. The whole experience is cool since you're actually sitting in a barrel cave!
Food was good, wine selection was nice. Although I didn't like either of the two glasses I ordered. The tiramisu bread pudding was horrible. Ambiance was great.
We dined at the outdoor area with an amazing sunset mountain view. We liked the mixed (red and white) wine flight. Good appetizer/starter selection. Great service (attentive server). Enjoyed every minute.
The food and service was great , and the atmosphere in the cave is so nice, I would dine there again and again. I had the birria empanadas and Caesar salad and my friend had the short rib, mash potatoes and asparagus.
The mini charcuterie board wasn't enough food. But the host was excellent. He was informative and funny and seemed like he really knew what he was talking about. I appreciate the history and his hosting abilities
Sat outside on a beautiful fall day. Was surprised that they had a brunch menu two of our party ordered brunch two of our party ordered lunch. All the food was good. Service was great! Wine was so so, but it's Temecula would go bad just for the restaurant.
Food came out cold :(, but the pomegranate champagne was amazing! its a little chilly in the cave (as expected) so bring something warm. A little disappointed in the charcuterie board, as there were only 3 meats & 2 were spicey, no Prosciutto. only 2 little triangles of each cheese, so it was not enough for 4 people to enjoy. also, cell phones dont work in the cave, so if your expecting someone - go out to the tasting room to get service. lastly the distillery was dark and dreary - loved the machinist vibe, but hated that it was so enclosed and smelled like a smokey brisket. Loved the ambiance & the holiday decor - very classy.
It was meh. Underwhelming and overpriced. I live in the area and will never go back. Too many better options.

To whom it may concern: staff is wonderful, Mike was fantastic as usual. Love coming there.
The host was very awesome during the cave tour. I enjoyed myself and will definitely come back
I've been a club member there for a couple of years. Whenever I have guest in town, it's my go to place to take them. It's always a wonderful experience, excellent food and atmosphere when dining in the cave are out on the patio.
Food was great good flavor. With time changing and getting dark earlier wasn't able to explore the grounds.
We had a VIP tasting with Megan and everything was so great! The grounds are beautiful and we had a wonderful afternoon. The wine and food were great. I high recommend the Grand Cuvee! I want to go back so that I can have dinner in the middle of the wine barrels in the Cave. They had 2 musicians and we were invited into the Distillery for a Gin tasting. Beautiful scenery and surroundings- a must see!
