Nestled at the end of Rancho California Road, this boutique winery is known for its small-batch, high-quality wines and its relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The beautiful patio provides a stunning view of the vineyards, making it an ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine. One of the standout offerings at Chapin is their Blood of Judas wine, an absolute must-try for any wine lover. This rich, velvety red is bold yet perfectly balanced, delivering deep notes of dark berries, spice, and a hint of chocolate. Its smooth finish and complex flavors make it one of the most memorable wines in Temecula, truly setting Chapin apart from other wineries in the valley. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their wines, making each visit personal and enjoyable. Visitors have praised the helpful service from staff members like Karen, Kim, and Kristi, who guide guests through the tasting. The serene setting allows guests to fully appreciate the beauty of wine country without the hustle and bustle of larger wineries. Although they don’t serve homemade food, snacks are available for purchase, and the tasting experience costs $28 per person.
