Charleys Cheesesteaks

The food was great so it was upsetting when the fry cook with the Justing Bieber haircut profiled me. I got my drink and sandwich so I was waiting for my fries at my table. Once I saw fries ready on top of the counter, I went to grab mine. The fry cook stopped me and questioned if I had ordered and I said yes while explaining what I had ordered. He continued to question me and deny that I ordered a combo. I didn’t want to go back and forth with the guy so I told him to check his screen and ask his coworker (cashier) but he continued. Until finally he checked his screen and said “ok yeah those are your fries.” I did not appreciate his attitude as well as being profiled a thief. Instead , he should’ve just done his job by checking his screen to see my order.

Terrible.

Don't order the wings. I got a 10 piece Cajun and lemon pepper dry rub. The lemon pepper was strong but palatable. The Cajun was terrible. Didn't taste like Cajun. I only had 2 and a half before I was feeling nauseous and threw the entire thing out. The best way I can describe the taste of the "Cajun" wings is sick-flavored. I don't know what they did but it was terrible.

I ordered two old skool steak sandwiches.. that were not seasoned at all. I understand that because people may be sensitive to sodium. Seasoning is offered at the end after the steak is cooked. where the ketchup is located.
(Seasoning steak while you cook it makes for a better result) the part that was not cool was the fact that the poor employees have to charge customers 65 cent per ranch sauce.. they charged me even after I tipped 5 dollars.. 😅

My friend ordered chicken wings and was also charged for the ranch. I thought ranch was a staple for wings but not at this place.

I recommend the fries.

I brought the cheesestake sandwich and I ate only the bread for something who just came out from the grill the meat was dry. It was hard to swallow the meat . I waste 10$ for nothing I’m

Not like what you get in Philadelphia but not bad. No cheese whiz used and veggies are added. You can probably opt out of the veggies. Plenty of meat in the sandwich. Try it.
