Chick-fil-A was a pleasant experience overall. The store felt a bit dated, but the staff made up for it with their friendly and fast service. Located in a convenient plaza, access was easy and hassle-free. Despite the appearance, the great customer service made the visit enjoyable. I’d definitely return!
IMO Chick-fil-A has one of the best customer service in the fast food industry. Today I just needed a $30 gift card. The gentlemen in drive-thru was friendly and pleasant. The girl at the window gave me the GC was equally pleasant. Side note: they have the best chicken nuggets in fast food.
Natalie at Chik Fill A on Margarita is amazing! She's incredibly personable and genuinely cares about making sure the customer experience is top-notch. Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. It's refreshing to see someone who takes such pride in their work. Great job, Natalie! Highly recommend this place!
