Had a gift card for $15, thought I could get something good for that, still had to pay an extra $11 to get my food. Insane.

We’ve lived in Temecula for 9 yrs now and have been coming here on nights when cooking just isn’t in the cards. However, our past few experiences have led us to believe that it’s under new management while corporately owned! Our orders have continued to be wrong, items omitted, food not quality, and the store dirty (see picture of workers break table). They consistently screw up my kids orders and their quesadillas seem to never be cooked, requiring us to cook them at home hahaha for paying customers that’s not how the transaction is supposed to work! Don’t think we’ll be returning to this location for a while until they change the way they do business!

Carne asada was dry, pasty and flavorless. Pinto beans had to be canned, rinsed and served just like that. Horrible. Only good thing was chips and guacamole. Will never go back . Oh, and the Carne Asada was $3.00 extra !

I reordered the entree I normally get and they completely messed up every single ingredient. Like I understand one or two but how do you mess up EVERY SINGLE Ingredient. This is the second time this incident has occurred at this specific location. DONT COME HERE IF YOU ORDER ONLINE. THEY GIVE LESS THAN ANY OTHER ONE. IF YOU REALLY WANT A LOT GO TO THE ONE ON YNEZ ROAD RIGHT NEXT TO COSTCO. THEY GAVE ME SO MUCH FOR AN ONLINE ORDER.

Ordered 2 carne asada tacos - to go. Got home. They were wrapped together in one piece of foil. Super wet from corn and pico. Tortillas were stuck together and tore to pieces trying to separate them. Very disappointing.

I came to this Chipotle around 1:45 p.m. and the experience was disappointing. They were completely out of chicken and only started grilling more after I ordered. The salad was wilted and when I asked for black beans, I was given pinto instead. The overall feeling was that customers just have to take whatever is available rather than being served what they order. Kinda crazy you go somewhere to get decent amount of protein and they are out of it.
The person in charge seemed aggravated and short with both staff and customers, which added to the negative atmosphere. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue heremy last visit was about six months ago, and now I remember why I haven’t returned sooner. To add insult to injury, no toilet paper in the bathroom and no paper towels. Why am I not surprised?

Every time I come to this chipotle I leave not satisfied , most of the staff is super disrespectful and shows a lack of respect and empathy towards customers. And not to say portion sizes are so disappointing. Safe to say I won’t be come back to this location

Would give zero stars if I could. If you’re thinking about spending your money here don’t, make chipotle at home or go to a better location. I went there with my family and my sister was given burnt chicken in her bowl so we sent it back and got a new bowl but this time the damn lettuce was frozen. I can’t make this up. I was flabbergasted. Who ever is running the place isn’t doing a good job and the only reason why it is still open is because it’s convenient and semi healthier than other fast food chains and they know that. Hopefully it changes for the next customers and don’t bother replying with an automated message telling me to go to chipotle’s website so you can hide behind it.

Gave me a completely wrong order and you can’t even call the restaurant. I spent $70 and the chat bot offered me a free meal coupon. I want my $70 back since my kids couldn’t eat anything that was in the bag.
