Overall Chipotle sucks. They're unable to determine proper portions for their customers. Constantly thinking how do we screw the customers with portions size. Their last act other than price increases is reducing the size of the portion of their tortillas, the tortillas are smaller now if people didn't notice. To all the stupid management at chipotle, people order something, they pay for it, and expecting to be filling. If they are not full because of deception, that's very bad for Chipotle. Common sense.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had in any business ever. Alex was the only one who spoke to me and helped me so thank you to Alex, he's trying and I appreciate that. There were 5 other employees working at the time and not a single one acknowledged my presence. They seem like kids who don't care about their job and it shows. First and last time I'll be going to this location, I come from managing retail stores for over 10 years so I understand the business and this was pathetic.

Absolutely terrible. The decline of chipotle should be studied. Food was disgusting. Everything was crusty and cold. Service was sloppy and slow. Whoever manages this store needs to be drug tested.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but I’m officially done. Every time I order, something is wrong, whether it’s missing ingredients, cold food, or ridiculously small portions for the price. This is my last straw. I ordered a bowl online, only to pick it up and find they barely put any protein in it. When I asked them to fix it, the staff acted like I was the problem. On top of that, the place was a mess, and no one seemed to care about keeping things clean. If I’m paying almost $15 for a meal, the least they can do is get the order right and provide decent customer service. Definitely not worth it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an online order for a Carnitas bowl with brown rice, black beans, cheese, queso, guac, sour cream, lettuce and pico. Now imagine the visceral anger I felt shoot through my body when I get home and open up the bowl and there is nothing but white rice, carnitas that are PINK (so idk if they were undercooked or what) and pico. That's it. I paid $26 for that bowl and you're telling me I only got one topping on it? This is nothing short of scamming and i am PISSED.

This was my second time at this location. I figured the first time they were just having a difficult night, but my second visit was worse. There was a young girl with glasses and a young man named Andrew. They were so very rude and dismissive. The place was dirty and it was an overall awful experience. I think it's safe to say I will never return to this location.

It was an absolutely awful experience. I went there once and I figured they were just having a bad night, so I gave them grace and tried it a second time. The young lady and a young man by the name of Andrew, I believe, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I told her two sides of guacamole twice, and she didn't acknowledge me she just rudely got it. Andrew tossed my money in my hands so much so that some coins fell on the floor. There was no apology or remorse, which tells me it was on purpose. I will never visit this location ever again. I'm all for young people working and learning life skills, but these youngsters at this place need a reality check.

As a former employee at this store. This would be the most ridiculous experience I've had in my many years of working in kitchen. I would say one of the biggest issue here is the micro management issues. You can't do your job properly without being corrected by team leaders every single time, This store could careless about the customer experience. There have been so many issues at this store to the point that if you try to say something about it. Your hrs will be taken away. Honesly, there would be at least 3 people in my experience that would need to be let go or transfer out to another store. I recommend if you feel like you are being mistreated or discrimination here while working here. Seek a lawyer asap.
