Ordered a togo order through classpass. Only 1 of my 3 orders made it to chop stop. Showed the employees I had 3 orders which clearly show paid, they were unwilling to honor my order and made me go through classpass customer service for a refund.
Food wasn't that great protein sizes are very small. If it wasn't for the classpass credit I wouldn't eat here again.

Chop Stop salads are like no other salad!! Once you have one, you’ll see why! My friend and I drove from Oceanside to Temecula for an early lunch… Lynne greeted us and took great care of us during our dine-in experience. Nice and clean counters, floors and restroom. I had the Southwestern chopburrito- sooo warm and delicious! Lynne came out to the dining area and asked if we’d had the new poke or the garlic steak… we hadn’t, and she graciously brought us very generous samples of both. The poke is fresh, bright and delicious, and the garlic steak is super duper garlicky- such a flavorful topping for any chop salad! We had such a great time last Friday that we are going back tomorrow :) The drive is never too far when fresh, delicious food that fills you up and is good for your body is involved! Don’t forget to grab some soft pretzel sticks hot out of the oven during your visit. Thank you Lynne for being so gracious! Did you know that military gets 50% off with ID? Yep- that was stellar. I had not ever been to a Chop Stop. It was healthy, yummy and at least at the Temecula location- very clean, very informed & informative staff as to product, options and suggestions! They delivered with a smile too. It made a great visit. It’s right by the gym so what a great spot for a good meal that won’t kill your workout? They have other heartier options too and some coupons in the mail this month if you can’t get the discount. They also have protein vegetable and fruit smoothies as well as fresh juices.

I've had food poisoning ALL day. It's 9pm and I'm still sick. I had the Chinese salad with tofu around 12pm and it was the ONLY THING I ate today. I'm pissed. My entire day was ruined and the nausea has been UNBEARABLE.
I am 5000%, it's food poisoning I'm not sick and I have no other symptoms besides vomiting number threes and extreme nausea.
It's really bizarre because I swear I had this strange sixth sense when I was getting halfway through the bowl that something was off I just felt a little gross within 30 minutes of eating it I felt sick.
I'm just irritated I had to pay to cause myself to get sick and miss an entire work day.
I wouldn't recommend eating here it sounds like there's been another person that's had food poisoning too - and God knows how many people that didn't write a review about it.
The food options here are great, but I have an issue with the prices. What you get for the money is not what I would expect. Even paying for extra salmon on my salad the portion was minimal (approximately 1/8 of a cup of salmon).

If you forget to order a dressing (which comes with your salad or choppirito 1 for free) they will charge you for it if you ask for it after you order. This place used to have much better customer service but apparently that's not a thing anymore.
