My husband and I got cinnamon rolls from this place around 5 pm, and we both ended up in the ER around 3AM with food poisoning afterward. This was an awful experience, and I’m genuinely concerned about their food safety practices. I’ve considered contacting the health department because no one should have to go through this.

I work at the mall .. went here today in the afternoon and asked if they do mall discount of employees who works at the mall .. the guy with brown short hair and a beard told me “I’m sorry it’s only online “ How is it that mall discounts are only online ? That’s so unfair because I have a friend who went to Cinnabon today and told me “just tell them where you work and they will hook you up” it’s not fair that they hooked him up and not me -.- how is it that to get the mall discount you need to purchase online ?doesn’t make any sense at all . If the owner is reading this please respond . As an employee at the mall as well .. let’s hope this isn’t going to be an issue for everyone if it is I’m sorry if it’s not then that worker wasn’t helpful helping my friend but not me what a shame ?

Management and employees incredibly rude. I asked for fresh rolls and manager grabbed bag from the counter and literally threw it against the wall. Employee than yelled and told me that he needs to sell every roll they have and complained that he had a long line.
