Purchased a pineapple and blueberry smoothie and it tasted like water and milk. Used to buy these all the time and they were solo disappointing

Update #2: I'm changing my review to a 4 star because the owner went out of his way to call me, apologize and handle the problem. He also Zelled me my money back. Thank you John for reaching out and making things right.Update: My money was never refunded and now it seems like they never answer their phone. By the time I drive there AGAIN, I will have spent more money on gas than I did for the three quarts of ice cream I NEVER received. But, I probably will anyway because its the principle. This is NOT okay.Placed an order online. I called to check on my order because i didn't see any updates on it on the app. & found out instead of them contacting me or canceling my order because they didn't have what I ordered, they made it the way they wanted. I spoke with a gentleman, he told me they could give me my money back and I could pick it up because would just be throwing it out. I asked multiple times whether they wanted it instead and said I felt bas they made it just for me to not want it. (I dont like blueberries) He said him and the other person didn't want it and he didn't see another customer wanting it. I drove all the way from Hemet to get it for a family member and got attitude from the girl and then for him to act unsure about whether he was the one I spoke to on the phone. (He's the only guy in the store lol) I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for him to hand me the ice cream he said he would give to me if I drove down, but he never did. I wasted a stupid amount of gas and time and wasn't even given a receipt that showed me my money was actually being refunded. Total waste of time. Terrible customer service. I will never go here again. The owner needs to hire some new people who will treat their business like it's their own and who care about their customers. These kids are gonna run this place into the ground

This cold stone is the best around. They are super friendly and most of all they do not go stingey on the portions. Matt was awesome! I would only go to the cold stone! The one off the 79 I would never go to that one as they are cheap! The one at this location is amazing! Love them!

This location was pretty weird to go. Not the Cold Stone standard I'm used to.

Does this place have a manager lol. The store’s outside sign lights have been out for a year. They are always out of stuff, freezers are broken, and it is usually dirty and smells weird inside. That being said I come because my kids like it. Please get these employees some help!

They only accepted cash or card and didn't accept Google pay or apple pay. I didn't have my card with me so my friend insisted on paying felt bad but wouldn't come here again.

The store looks empty, like they are just trying to sell the last of what they have in stock....only two employees working on a Saturday night right next to the mall....smh

Cash only sign posted on the door in 2023, sold out most things including water. When asked for a cup of water I was told to go next door - in July, during a heatwave. The high school kids working there don’t care, why would they? I’m writing this for the franchisee of the location and mostly the franchisor. You need to fix this, you are ruining brand identity.

Places says they close at 930pm on both google and the front of their store. Got there at 905pm 7/3/2023, doors were locked, lights were on with a couple of employees inside behind the counter just talking to each other. Is it so difficult to put the correct closing time so I dont drive all the way there for no reason.

My daughter and I went for ice cream. The stores freezer was broken and they were bringing our ice cream from the back. Sort of sketchy if you ask me, not to mention the ice cream that I did got was not frozen, more like soft serve. Took two bites of it and threw it out not worth getting food poisoning. How can you have an ice cream store and not have properly working freezers. What happened to Cold Stones quality. Wasn’t greeted by staff and didn’t get a thank you for my tip.

The girls that worked here are so sweet. I felt bad tho bc their store was out of a lot of stuff but you can tell they felt so bad but they helped as much as they could. They explained that a shipment was late but the service she provided was still really sweet. Clean environment, friendly staff, good ice cream. I didn’t get her name but she had brown curly hair and 2 braids. Sweetest girl ever.

High school girls don't know how to do their job right didn't dry utensils made my wife s ice-cream watery couldn't even chop down chocolate bars right big chunk s of chocolate in my ice-cream not the experience I remember

Avoid ordering online! Tried to order a cake two separate times and they canceled both saying they'd already refunded me. Here we are almost a month later and no refund in my account. No reason for why they canceled the 2nd time either, probably just didn't want to do their job and make the cake. Will be contacting my bank to report their fraud and avoid this location at all costs.
