This cold stone is the best around. They are super friendly and most of all they do not go stingey on the portions. Matt was awesome! I would only go to the cold stone! The one off the 79 I would never go to that one as they are cheap! The one at this location is amazing! Love them!

Does this place have a manager lol. The store’s outside sign lights have been out for a year. They are always out of stuff, freezers are broken, and it is usually dirty and smells weird inside. That being said I come because my kids like it. Please get these employees some help!

The first time here the teenager behind the counter said he didn't know anything about the happy hour prices (see picture attached). We also couldn't use our gift card because their Ms hind wasn't working. Second time there made up for the first time. The gal didn't honor the happy hour but hooked up the ice Cretan portion.

They only accepted cash or card and didn't accept Google pay or apple pay. I didn't have my card with me so my friend insisted on paying felt bad but wouldn't come here again.

Ice creams ok but why are there no longer seats inside? Theres four tables with no chairs. I don't want to go out for ice cream and then sit in my car. I wont be back. Plenty of ice cream shops within a mile you can sit at table to enjoy it.

The store looks empty, like they are just trying to sell the last of what they have in stock....only two employees working on a Saturday night right next to the mall....smh
This location needs to be remodeled. It's run down and filthy. The air vent is currently being held on with duct tape. The fire sprinklers are hanging out of the ceiling. Looking around, the counters are filthy, walls need to be scrubbed, it's so gross. The Fridge with cakes is always empty. The signage is faded and it's just never a good experience. They're often out of toppings or flavors. When we went yesterday they couldn't make a signature flavor because they didn't have whipped cream. The Kid working behind the counter was not rude necessarily, but he wasn't friendly or welcoming. He got slammed all at once, was moving slower than a snail, but people would have been less annoyed if he had been friendly and smiled, said Hello, and let them know he would help them shortly. I told my Son to remind me to NEVER go to this Cold Stone again. I always leave upset because it is just so run down. The franchise owner needs to clean it up-

Cash only sign posted on the door in 2023, sold out most things including water. When asked for a cup of water I was told to go next door - in July, during a heatwave. The high school kids working there don’t care, why would they? I’m writing this for the franchisee of the location and mostly the franchisor. You need to fix this, you are ruining brand identity.

Places says they close at 930pm on both google and the front of their store. Got there at 905pm 7/3/2023, doors were locked, lights were on with a couple of employees inside behind the counter just talking to each other. Is it so difficult to put the correct closing time so I dont drive all the way there for no reason.

My daughter and I went for ice cream. The stores freezer was broken and they were bringing our ice cream from the back. Sort of sketchy if you ask me, not to mention the ice cream that I did got was not frozen, more like soft serve. Took two bites of it and threw it out not worth getting food poisoning. How can you have an ice cream store and not have properly working freezers. What happened to Cold Stones quality. Wasn’t greeted by staff and didn’t get a thank you for my tip.

The girls that worked here are so sweet. I felt bad tho bc their store was out of a lot of stuff but you can tell they felt so bad but they helped as much as they could. They explained that a shipment was late but the service she provided was still really sweet. Clean environment, friendly staff, good ice cream. I didn’t get her name but she had brown curly hair and 2 braids. Sweetest girl ever.
