We got the taco it was so tiny, I mean tiny like 3 1/2 inch’s this is it after one tiny bite. we originally ordered two, but after seeing how tiny they were not even a full scoop of ice cream for 9.99 my other son changed his mind and didn’t want it. All the advertising and other videos we have seen they were big at least bigger then holding it in your hand this was very pathetic. my daughter and other son got cones with ice cream and both cones The bottoms were cut they put them in a paper and when we got home, we took it out of the paper and it was half gone no bottom, they must be having problems with their waffle machine or somebody not knowing how to make the cones but 43$ for a few ice creams that were half missing or made wrong was very disappointing and we won’t be back.

This place is awful. Ordered a specialty cake to be picked up next day. Cake I ordered they said wasn't available and not sure how I was able to select online. At no point did anyone call me too let me know and give me the opportunity to select another cake. Since I watch told until I walked in to pick up my order has to take sub standard choice as it was too late to do anything else. It was a child birthday day. Never again. Do not order from this location.

This Cold Stone establishment takes the cake for being the least professional. Opted for a 'gotta have it' size, and guess what? Karina, the manager, decided to fill the cup only halfway. Asked for a tad more, but she claimed the owner's watching on security cameras, so no can do. I've been to plenty of Cold Stones, never encountered such a miserly portion. Instead of addressing the concern, she suggested I go elsewhere and not return. Customer service, where did you go? Expect to be swindled with subpar service if you dare step into this Cold Stone.

If you're tired of plain old ice cream, this is the place to go..... order for dash from. Delicious homemade ice cream custom mixed together with the additions you want. Select your ice cream, select what you want added in....different candies, or fruit, toppings .... whatever your heart desires, and watch your creation cone to life as they put the ice cream on an icy cold slab and mix it together in front of you to make your own custom selection. Then select what you want to eat it out of... a cup, small medium or large, in a plain cone, a waffle cone, a waffle cone with chocolate... with sprinkles... so many choices. I love French vanilla with Heath bar crunch mixed in in a cup, but some days I love fruit like strawberries mixed in for something fresh. The grandkids love adding a variety of candies to their favorite flavor of ice cream. Whatever your pleasure is, they have it!
Parking: It's in a strip mall with a cvs so lots of parking
Kid-friendliness: Who doesn't like ice cream.... of course it is kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, wheelchairs can easily get in and out of this store. Suze of ice cream store is traditional ice cream store size.... not huge.

Went in last night after dinner. Two teenage boys were working. I ordered a large and asked for 3 flavors. They only gave me 2. Then the kid decided to make a rude comment after putting the toppings on it in a very casual and sloppy manner. When it was his action that made the mess.Might I suggest better training cold stone. Or a more effective management team. Those two are quite unprofessional and rude. And they obviously font want or like their job.Incredibly poor representation of the company. I've been to multiple ColdStones. This one has been the worst customer service experience I've had in years
No seating available either inside the establishment or outside. Customer service was lacking. Go to either a different location if you need a cold stone creamery dessert or try a different venue. This franchisee should not represent this brand.

I have tried this place 3 times. Thinking each time it would be better. The employees at this store do not want to work and make you know it. The girls roll their eyes at you and just make you feel uncomfortable for coming in for ice cream. I will not be back! By the looks of it they won't care.
