This Cold Stone establishment takes the cake for being the least professional. Opted for a 'gotta have it' size, and guess what? Karina, the manager, decided to fill the cup only halfway. Asked for a tad more, but she claimed the owner's watching on security cameras, so no can do. I've been to plenty of Cold Stones, never encountered such a miserly portion. Instead of addressing the concern, she suggested I go elsewhere and not return. Customer service, where did you go? Expect to be swindled with subpar service if you dare step into this Cold Stone.

If you're tired of plain old ice cream, this is the place to go..... order for dash from. Delicious homemade ice cream custom mixed together with the additions you want. Select your ice cream, select what you want added in....different candies, or fruit, toppings .... whatever your heart desires, and watch your creation cone to life as they put the ice cream on an icy cold slab and mix it together in front of you to make your own custom selection. Then select what you want to eat it out of... a cup, small medium or large, in a plain cone, a waffle cone, a waffle cone with chocolate... with sprinkles... so many choices. I love French vanilla with Heath bar crunch mixed in in a cup, but some days I love fruit like strawberries mixed in for something fresh. The grandkids love adding a variety of candies to their favorite flavor of ice cream. Whatever your pleasure is, they have it!Parking: It's in a strip mall with a cvs so lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Who doesn't like ice cream.... of course it is kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: No stairs, wheelchairs can easily get in and out of this store. Went in last night after dinner. Two teenage boys were working. I ordered a large and asked for 3 flavors. They only gave me 2. Then the kid decided to make a rude comment after putting the toppings on it in a very casual and sloppy manner. When it was his action that made the mess.Might I suggest better training cold stone. Or a more effective management team. Those two are quite unprofessional and rude. And they obviously font want or like their job.Incredibly poor representation of the company. I've been to multiple ColdStones. This one has been the worst customer service experience I've had in years

Cold Stone never disappoints.Always great service and delicious ice cream. Place is always clean and well maintained. Even when it's busy, they get through the line in a timely manner.

Taylor and Natalie were so quick and got our order to us in lightening speed. While we sat enjoying our icecream, there was a steady stream of customers and they got them in and out like no other Coldstone I've ever been to. Great employees and clean store. Highly recommend

I have tried this place 3 times. Thinking each time it would be better. The employees at this store do not want to work and make you know it. The girls roll their eyes at you and just make you feel uncomfortable for coming in for ice cream. I will not be back! By the looks of it they won't care.
Last two delivery orders missing waffle cone bowl. Two different companies (Uber eats and door dash) so it's clearly the store and not the delivery company. Do not recommend.

It was busy, but these guys did their best to keep up. The restaurant is a bit untidy but that is because the customers we absolute slobs. Nonetheless, the employees were very friendly and handled themselves well.

Expectation vs realty was not met here. Extremely disappointed in the cookie dough cake we pre ordered over a week in advance. It was basically dry flavorless cake and blah vanilla ice cream. We ordered a larger cake in anticipation of people wanting 2nds. No one wanted seconds. They couldn't believe it was from cold stone because the quality aas so oow.
