Visited for the first time yesterday. The lady that works the drive-thru window, I had her yesterday and today and she is awesome! Yesterday I got the carne asada burrito it was so darn good and so on point, so fresh and it was huge, I decided to come back today. I was excited to try the crunchy beef taco and the rolled beef tacos. They were okay. The shells were half-assed crunchy. The roll tacos were so soft it was disappointing! I may just stick to the burritos next time

waited 15 minutes at the drive-through menu to order. There was only one car ahead of me. I gave up and left, glad I did based off of these other reviews. Won’t be coming back.

I would come here because they are open later than other places, but after tonight I won’t be coming here again. Los jilbertos is same price and more food and better too. I got full order of carne asada fries and it’s the same size as half order now for more money. I can’t imagine how small half order is. Rip off.

This places hours are all off. Says they close at 10. We got here at 945 and the place is shut down. Super rude staff inside ignored us and said they are closed early. Refused us service. Sad day. Several other options in the area.

This place was awful, We ordered Carne asada fries and literally got fries, chese, guacamole and sour cream. NO CARNE ASADA! Not only was the food awful but they are snarky and rude. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

I use to go here a lot for mainly carne asada fries but it seems like ownership switched up and now they charge $16 for fries and skimp on it even more. They also are limited to giving out more red sauce the place seem like it overall degraded
This location is strictly drive through. There isn't anywhere to eat inside. Staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate special orders. Service is typically quick and the prices are fair.

Was the last customer of the night and instead of being rude or rushing me or whatever they told me to order whatever I wanted, they were super nice & polite were singing and laughing and dancing to the music. He offered paper plates and plastic-ware when I had forgotten to ask for them. This is what customer service should be like everywhere. The food was delicious on top of it all. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was the only ray of sunshine on a rather dismal and miserable two day trip. Thanks guys!
