Why won't Dairy Queen in Temecula put the ice cream on the cone? Every time I go there, they say that they can't put the ice cream on the cone. They give me the ice cream and the cone separately. I know it's not because of COVID because this happened to me 6 years ago, in 2017. I thought it would be different because there's new employees, but it's still the same. I literally just went there on Monday, December 4th, 2023, and today is Wednesday, December 27th, 2023. This was just 3 weeks and 2 days ago. Also, the ice cream is watery.

Very disappointed on the Blizzards, they barley had any of the fixings we picked & they were like liquid icecream..But the Buster Bars didn't disappoint, just as delicious as always ?

Since last year there is a tall girl there who is always upset when I goFew days ago I went she was there by herself and she sounded very upsetI felt extremely uncomfortable since other people are always very WELCOMINGI will not GO BACK PREFER THE ‘ The Tea And Coffee Place ‘ they are friendly there in Temecula Parkway which is very close by ??????????

im so excited a fairy queen opened in my neighborhood it's so nostalgic and I love their cones . I just had to write a review I didn't get her name but she had these beautiful green eyes . A beautiful black girl she took her time answering my questions and she was very pleasant. I will be coming back

I love soft service but $10 for a large Blizzard is off my to-do list...I might have a smaller one sometime next year ????

The peanut parfait is nice and sweet and like all else has gone up over the years. The service was good and quick. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I went back for lunch but they have no burgers at this location so moved on.
Polite, friendly staff and delicious treats. The store is very clean!

This place was very busy tonight and the team was awesome. They were organized, worked together, and we're getting orders out as fast as customers were placing them. The lead was a great coach helping to teach the team members and correct issues on the fly.

I haven't been here in years and today I was impressed. The 85 cent blizzard got me in the doors. I placed an order on the app from the parking lot and walked inside. I couldn't believe the s'mores blizzard was already prepared and bagged waiting in the freezer. The two guys working this Friday afternoon were so efficient and cool. The place was really clean and looked updated. With the deals on the app the value is great.

Last night I was super impressed with the service I received from Sofia and her co worker. They helped me as I pulled up at closing time the doors being locked and my friend jumped out and asked if we could get some ice cream still. . . .I was shocked to hear her say yes cuz most service employees don't bend when its time to go home. Both girls were very pleasant and I will be going there a lot more now
