Every Time at the new north lake in Charlotte location the food comes cold out of the kitchen. Medium heat chicken comes out lacking any heat at all. Food should be hot when it leaves the kitchen but their normal is serving cold food. Cashier was grumpy as well. I am disappointed with this location. I would like my food Hot not cold!!!

Update / correction: disregard my comment about size of drink , young lady handed us the wrong size glass / cup.
Staff was pleasant, nothing special, food was good but very pricey for the portions size, ($2.19 for a small and I do mean small fountain drink, like a 4 - 5 ounce clear cup) especially considering there are probably 10 other chicken restaurants in the area. Not sure if we’ll be back? 🤷🏻♂️

We had a couple of employees with birthdays this week that wanted to try Dave's Hot Chicken. We placed an online order for 14 people at the Palm Beach Lakes location and picked up the order. Got back to the office to find they accidentally shorted us 4 orders. No big deal. We called to square up with them and they told us we were wrong and there was no way they made a mistake. Actually hung up on us when we called to discuss. Nothing like providing superior customer service to insure repeat customers. Guess we will continue do our work Birthday lunches elsewhere, perhaps Raising Canes!

Their chicken is sooooo good! I like this better than canes for sure, but the canes sauce is a bit better.
This location is big and has a huge outdoor seating. They seem fairly quick with their orders and the staff is friendly.
I get med spicy bc the very spicy just tastes bitter and not spicy. I always get the fries with cheese. So yummy!
It could be a little cleaner inside, but other than that, foods great and nice workers.

I went to Dave’s hot chicken I ordered my food didn’t look at it until I got home and got someone else order but I wouldn’t go back because it was a 30 minute drive was upset bout not getting what I paid for.
