When asking to use the restroom, had to be escorted to the bathroom to have it unlocked, then in the facilities there was human feces on the toilet. The bathroom was incredibly uncleanly, there was no soap to wash your hands. This facility is a health hazard. The staff is also incredibly rude.

What an awful experience. Some machine was beeping from the time we entered until the time we left non-stop. They would open the door so the cold air was hitting right on us while we ate. We got the breakfast meal but the hash brown sticks didn't even fill the bag halfway. In fact, we both got five sticks. Even the tortilla was dry and old. I wouldn't go there again. Another thing that's annoying is looking back over the previous bad reviews. The owner comments that he will look into things. And wants us to go to their website and report this again. But I see there is still no locks on the bathroom doors like somebody complained about long time ago and all the things that were reported long time ago have not been fixed. So The owners just placating everybody by pretending to care and respond to our reviews.
