I have always liked Del Taco. I tried this location because I was in the area. I know times are hard but you still need to compete. They have hidden all of the condiments behind the counter making me wait for one of the few staff just to get what I need to eat. What looked like the manager was behind the counter arguing with her staff. The size of food we were served was maybe half of what we are used to getting from Del Taco. It was so bad I had to open my burrito just to make sure there was something inside. After we left hungry we went to a local Mexican spot down the street. We paid less for better food and had some left to take home. Do better.

Ive come here numerous times, they never fold the burritos, and because of that, the burrito I ordered, the insides fell out into my pants. The rice was RAW and hard! Seems like staff doesnt csre about it customers cause the food is trash and they cant even fold a damn burrito

I'm writing this review on the Biscoff cookie butter shake ? ?????????? Omg I had this twice in one day the first time I ordered a large and thought to me man this would be so much better if they added more cookie crumbs and when I got home and I happened to look at the app again ? I saw you could add it for .80 cents more.. OMG !!!!!, So later that day I had to go back and get me one with extra cookie crumbs Omgosh it was sooo fantastic.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Keep this on the menu. I don't eat bad all the time I'm so thankful I indulged this day. I don't know when I'll cheat again but omg I'm soooo glad I did.

Tried the new Birria Ramen for the 2nd time because it was pretty good the first time. And for $5?? Good deal. Except this time, I didn't get any Birria with my ramen. Just ramen. So disappointed. Broth was tasty regardless but cmon it says it in the name.
Cold, stale, and sloppy presentation. Maybe a new recipe or better ingredients would help ...And I haven't gotten to the food or atmosphere yet! That is just the staff. This management team must have been thrown together out of desperation because none of the "leaders" are capable of making a decision especially when it comes to appeasing a regular customer. Customer Service is the primary role of your job. The food being good would be a bonus. Get it together Hel Taco ?

We went through the driver through due to shortages of time, and the guy told us to go wait in the front. It took them over 20 minutes to finish our order, after I left my car and walked in. I complained that it took them too long, and the guy had a hard time understanding me, and didn't seem to care.
