Have been here several time and it is very poorly managed. It has been 20 to 30 minutes for a fast food place to get your food. They are very understaffed. Some of the staff just standing around not helping. One time one of the shift leaders or manger was sitting in the corner on the phone not helping the staff. That time it took 45min to get our food. Very disappointing wish they got there act together and picked up the pace.

$30 for food that was so cold that the cheese wasnt even melted. The fries were ice cold, and there was no chicken in either of our burritos. Absolutely unacceptable for the money we paid.

Had to wait 30 minutes for my food. People seem to be working hard to keep up with the long drive thru line but seemed very disorganized and almost ignored the walk in customers. They had to double check each order because they did not seem sure of what order belonged to who. And there were at least 6 people ahead of me in the dine in room that had also waited at least 30 minutes.

I prefer Del Taco over Taco Bell. It's fresher, whereas Taco Bell food is all prepackaged

This location has gone down in consistency the past few years, I have given it multiple attempts because it is the most convenient location for me. But every time I dine in they take forever to take my order and when they finally do, they drag their feet serving drive through customers first.
