Place had awful customer service. Allowed us to place an order online then calling 2 times they said they would refund the order never did. reversed the order from the bank. now closed... shocker

VERY DISAPPOINTING!

We decided to try something different this year for the company Christmas Lunch, so we went with Dickey’s.

The catering department was most helpful and we believed this to be the right choice.

Unfortunately we were proven wrong: initial delivery was missing two sides and the dessert platter, food was in flimsy foil trays and bags making it very messy and unattractive, bag of individual bbq sauces had leaked and were unusable. No one was answering the phone in either catering or at the Temecula store. Eventually the delivery person returned with the missing sides and dessert platter: one of the sides was wrong and the dessert platter was nothing like advertised, very meager with only two items. Their response to my email after this was that someone would be reaching out to me – still nothing a week later.

Just moved to the area from north fontana Ordered the spiral ham with sides. Called to confirm pick up and for some reason the number route to Texas? Got a number for the temecula location no one answers. Arrived and pick up my order, Was missing a side. The green bean dish were disgusting. The only good thing was the spiral ham, that's all we ate this Christmas dinner. Highly disappointed. Would never order here again. We have a dickey down in north fontana and never had issue but this location was awful.

This review is for the catering and customer service of this location. We cancelled a catering order two days before the order was to be picked up. Spoke with a Jorge (manager) at the location who sent us to corporate to cancel the order. Spoke with corporate to cancel the order and was told the order would be cancelled but need to speak with the owner to receive the refund. These locations are franchised.
After 4 calls with the store and corporate we were told we would have our money refunded the next business day (Monday) well it is now Thursday and no refund issued.
I went into the store just now in person and was given the owner (Pawan) number and was told to call them directly to receive refund. Well phone is off and the mailbox is full.
Now will need to dispute the charge with the bank to get the money back. Thanks for wasting a week of our time Dickey's. Not sure if your food is good, but now will never give y'all the opportunity to earn my business after this. I hope you don't treat all your customers like this.

Ordered food for delivery. The food was not even close to order we had placed with them. Not the correct meat selection or type of BBQ sauce. I then called their number. No one answered their business number. Only went to answering service. Never going back to this place.

We have not had any success at this location. Ordered a few pounds of meat for a gathering. Went to pick up order and they couldn’t find my online order. After getting home with the order, we were HIGHLY disappointed. I asked for sliced brisket and instead received large chunks of meat that was so hard and dry. It looked like dog food. Then my sliced turkey was so thin it was like lunch meat. We have had a few bad experiences here with the quality of meat. Sorry to say we will not be coming back to this location. 3 strikes and we are done.

I know everyone likes gristle and fat on their barbecue, I’m in the minority. Went to Dickeys barbecue in Temecula today got the mac & cheese with brisket is more like mac & cheese with fat. The mac & cheese was good but I don’t like all the fat. I won’t order that menu item again. I think they should ask customers if the want fat, if I’m paying for smoked brisket that’s what I want.

First of all, why would they allow you to place app orders just to get there and tell you it's not working. Second, unfortunately something in their food gave me food poisoning. Finally, the food itself tasted pretty decent.

I preordered food for pick up at this location, and although it wasn't a big deal, the tracker for my order never updated to let me know whether my food was in the process of cooking or if it was done. I was parked outside of the location while I was waiting and I was concerned because it looked like they were closed. Their open sign wasn't lit up, and it was night, but the dining area was very dim. I thought I had ordered food and they weren't even open, until I saw someone walk out.

Anyway. When I entered to check on my food, the employee working the register was on the phone. I'm not sure if it was a personal conversation or a work related one, but she barely acknowledged me, asked my name and took out the two cups for my drink, didn't even hand them to me, before she walked off to continue her phone conversation. I was there for around ten minutes, and she was on the phone the whole time.

When I went to fill my drinks with tea, the beverage immediately gave off a sewage smell as it poured. I didn't think too much of it though until I got to the car and sipped some and it tasted just like it smelled, so I went back lol. This is not a negative review towards the young man preparing the food. He seemed kind and just wanted to do his job. The only reason I have two stars for service instead of two lol. I let him know about the drinks and he gave me two new cups and was very apologetic. The other soda beverages tasted fine.

The food was satisfying so I didn't want to take too much from the rating of it, but the overall service and environment of the restaurant wasn't inviting/welcoming. I don't leave reviews often, if at all, but something about this experience really just put me off. I thoroughly appreciate an affordable, satisfying meal but being affordable shouldn't be a reason to have lack luster service. And I want to like y'all because I do like the food! I think your staff just needs to be more aware of how they are servicing their customers. And she wasn't rude, she just wasn't present, which I think is important. And the sewage tea should be a health violation lol.

Not worth $56. Food had no flavor, the macaroni and cheese was awful. You get more liquid then beans. Texas toast is a joke. Would not recommend this to anyone

The workers were great, but the food did not taste good. Charging 16$ a plate, the quality was not good. BBQ sauce tasted off. The dining area was OK but a little on dirty the side, but the bathroom was very dirty.

Small but Mighty. GET THE POTATO CASSEROLE! It's so so good, creamy bacon mashed potatoes. And the sauces were fire too! Preferred the spicy but both were tasty. Pulled pork and brisket were on point. It came fastAF too!??

Dietary restrictions: Very meat forward. Some veggies sides too.

Parking: Free parking and plenty

Kid-friendliness: Had kid BBQ meals

Wheelchair accessibility: Doors would be fine and it is o. The first floor near a small ramp.
