I ordered online on Sept 1 and it came out to be $32.59. Cool no problem. BUT TODAY! Sept 3, I got charged for an extra $3!! I don't care if it just $3, do not charge me extra. If it was for a tip yall thought yall earned? Please, yall don't deserve a damn dime after this. THIEVES!!! Definitely filing a complaint about this. Food wasn't even properly cooked anyway.

Horrible experience here and service. Order pizza multiple times and it was late. This time was the final time I do business with Dominos. I bought pizza and waited an hour when the delivery time said 38 mins. An hour passed no delivery. Called store to be greeted by a rude employee who said he would call driver and call me back. No call back at all. I check app and it says delivered. No pizza at my garage or doorstep. I call back and they say “oh sorry we gave it to your neighbor, do you want us to remake another? We just don’t know how long it will be”. Are you kidding me? You guys could not have the decency to call and just say it was a mistake? Why complete order and not call your customer back? This place has rude employees with zero urgency to make it right by customer. Never buying pizza from dominos again.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cinnamon twists with icing. When the delivery guy came I never got the icing .so I had to drive back to get it . FYI when you order delivery call the store and remind them. About the icing.Good pizza though. I had to put it in the refrigerator to go back to the store. To get the icing.

Extremely rude staff and they lie about everything. Ordered the pizza and it took over an hour for them to finally even make it and then they told me it will be another hour for them to deliver it. I asked for refund and I have yet to receive my money back even though they end up canceling my order this place is stupid it’s trash and it should be closed down. Employees here are imbeciles

Parking: Not easy to find parking. Also two parking slots are available in front of the diner.

Dominos on Temecula Pkwy - Ordered a pizza for family members and when I arrive, I end up giving them a very burnt pizza. Who lets food go out this way?

I give this location zero stars. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and I got food poisoning! Right after I ate the pizza I felt nauseous. The meat was contaminated. Worst stomach pain of my life!

I placed an order for 2 pep pizzas online an it said it would be ready in 16-21 min I showed up 20 later and the cashier said it would be another 30 min. I waited in the lobby for.40 min. Before the cashier approached me and told me it was going to be another hour I cancelled my order. The worst experience ever the manager was FaceTiming someone while making pizza not sure if she even washed her hands after answering her phone.

This store offers delivery however the app has online ordering off. What a terrible business practice.

I understand being busy, I don't like how glitchy the app is. The app told me food was done. The food wasn't done. I asked why, the girl I could tell wasn't in the mood to answer and just stated we are busy. The gentleman who explained that the app timer is based on the oven time, it doesn't include orders that are waiting to be boxed. I appreciate him. I won't be back to this location
