The plant-based breakfast burrito was rich and flavorful. It’s made with: Flour tortilla, Plant Based Egg, Vegan Cheese, Smashed Avocado, Black Beans, Potatoes, perfectly cooked, and Cashew Crema. One of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. The jicama salad was refreshing and made with matchstick jicama, carrot shreds, cilantro and a few orange pieces. Good and fresh, but could use more orange.
This was a lovely bistro type restaurant and the vegan options were spectacular. Doug was especially helpful and went out of his way to answer questions. The vegan burrito and almond butter pancakes. Top notch! Best burrito I’ve had in my recent memory.
This spot surprised me with how vegan friendly they are. All sauces are made with vegan mayo so tons have tons of options. Really loved the breakfast burrito and the potato salad. Can’t wait to come back and try more.
