Idk what ratchet people they are hiring, but I will never eat here again. I didn’t get to eat dinner tonight because of a very rude employee named Angelina. I ordered a Vegan personal Pizza with chicken. When I picked up my order there was no vegan cheese on it. When you order the vegan pizza it comes with Vegan Cheese obviously. Angelina right away tried to argue with me and made a rude comment insinuating I pushed the wrong button. She did not offer to make me a new one or fix the problem like most restaurants. A young guy apologized for her and said don't worry we will make you a new one. Then when I was waiting she was loudly talking about my order and how my order basically didn’t make sense. Not knowing I can eat meat, but I am dairy free and gluten free because of allergies. I confronted her about why she was saying this and she then refused my pizza to me and said I’ll refund you. I never been more disrespected at any restaurant for anything in all my life. Unless she is fired I will not be returning. I know I can’t be the only customer she treats like this and I hope you will do the right thing and stay away or the owner does something.

This place is like heaven (especially if you have dietary restrictions like I do) - everything on the menu can be made gluten free! Lots of different options - starters, salads, pizza, sandwiches, burgers and bowls, their soups are also gluten and soy free! They make their own sauces and even have gluten free cookies and brownies. They have lots of vegan options as well.

We just ate here tonight to celebrate our Valentine's dinner & we were so amazed at how delicious and reasonably priced this place is. This is our new go to neighborhood place. We had the vegan mushrooms, vegan appetizer fingers, veggie medley pizza, cheeseburger pizza, Philly steak sandwich, & cheesecake for dessert. It was ALL amazing for healthier choices. We highly recommend.

I ordered a salad with vegan ranch and vegan protein on the side, two brownies, and stuffed mushrooms. I didn’t get my brownies at all, and unfortunately my husband got home at 8:05, but I live 3 minutes away, and she wouldn’t accommodate me for her mistake, even though she told me they still had brownies available. I can forgive that, but all she offered me was a refund, which is problematic because I did not in fact want a refund, I wanted my brownies. Also, my protein came in the salad, not on the side like stated on the receipt, and I got balsamic vinegar instead of ranch. The only part of my order that was right was the mushrooms. It seems like they didn’t even read my order, or maybe they rushed it out the door. This isn’t usually my experience, but today the service was poor. Please note the time stamp is the time it should’ve been ready, not when I ordered. I understand it’s a busy and rough time, but I’m still a paying customer and this was the most disappointing display of service I’ve ever experienced at earth bistro.

We ordered a large farmers garden specialty pizza with whole wheat crust and we were blown away! The crust was very flavorful, thin, but not soggy. The pizza contained house roasted zucchini, artichoke hearts, red onion, portobello mushrooms, house made organic tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Wow! ?My son had the kids cheese pizza, which came with a side of fruit (apples in our case). You can choose between cheese only, veggie or pepperoni for the kids pizza.My wife preferred the house brewed orange kombucha, which was delicious. It tasted a bit like carbonated sour orange juice. I had a Pacifico bottled beer to wash the pizza down. Didn't know what to order, so they allowed me to sample a bit of their soup. Had to order soup of the day after tasting it, was a light soup with turmeric, so it was not bland at all. I followed it with the Iraliano Mob burger, and I was allowed to sub for a vegetarian patty no problem. Originally, I thought about takeout, but as they were making the food and I mentioned eating in, again, no questions asked, no bad attitude. they plated my food. And I was not disappointed with it. I am 100% a meat eater but the Vegetarian option was amazing.
