We’ve been coming here once or twice a month since they’ve opened. They are extremely Consistent. Vegetables are always fresh. None of the dishes are swimming in sauce. The servers are always polite and attentive. The restaurant is always clean. Oh also, they listen when you ask for thai hot/spicy. We have recommended this restaurant to any and all we come across.

We’ve already been here twice in the last four days—that’s how good it is! The mango sticky rice was hands down the best I’ve had outside of Thailand, and the drunken noodles might be the best food in all of Temecula. Portions are generous, flavors are spot on, and the service is friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Eggplants Thai Cuisine is quickly becoming one of our favorite spots in town.

They have the best Thai food in the area. Great curries - this is the panang curry, veggie egg rolls, and spicy wontons. All very good! I also recommend their pad woonsen noodles and green papaya salad.

Great food and service
Ordered take out tonight and got “Thai hot” on the green curry, but couldn’t feel a single little bit of spice on my tongue. Now im white and one of those white people who can eat a ghost chili pepper without milk. Other times when my mother came to ask if she was sure about the Thai hot, they delivered it. So next time, just do what you’re ordered and paid to do, versus what you “think the white customer” will ask for
I ate here for the first time with my family. It's a cute, small, but well decorated place. We arrived about 1:30pm. I noticed they close at 3pm, but reopen again at 5pm. Their bathroom was clean and nicely decorated as well.
As for the food, they didn't have a lot of eggplant dishes-- which I would have assumed they would given their name. I think they only had 1 eggplant dish-- which we ordered. It was good. Nice portion and big enough to share. We also ordered their basil fried rice. Unfortunately, it was too dry for me. Their Bangkok fried rice was much better, though. One of us ordered their rice soup with shrimp and they liked it.
There was only 1 lady helping everyone. She did well balancing between the tables, I thought.
Overall, this place was OK. I wouldn't go here for my usual dish (like the
Basil fried rice), but I would come back for the other dishes I was able to try.
Restaurantji Recommends
While staying in Temecula how much CA, I wanted to have dinner on my first night somewhere off the hotel site, one of the highest rated restaurants was Eggplants Thai Cuisine. I was very fortunate that it was within walking distance. The restaurant was not too busy when I arrived. My order of pineapple fried rice only with shrimp was absolutely amazing.
Me and my family dine in and take out from here often. All the food is good. If you’ve never tried the drinks you should, they’re amazing
Great food and service
