While staying in Temecula how much CA, I wanted to have dinner on my first night somewhere off the hotel site, one of the highest rated restaurants was Eggplants Thai Cuisine. I was very fortunate that it was within walking distance. The restaurant was not too busy when I arrived. My order of pineapple fried rice only with shrimp was absolutely amazing.
Good food, good service.

As for the food, they didn't have a lot of eggplant dishes-- which I would have assumed they would given their name. I think they only had 1 eggplant dish-- which we ordered. It was good. Nice portion and big enough to share....
