This location switched to ordering and paying via a touch screen and if you use cash, it goes into a machine the size of a desktop printer. Looks like there’s less staff and the ones we saw were just not as happy looking.
Great place, the Mac and cheese is perfect. I always get great service here. They are also very clean. I'll keep coming here forever!!! Timothy, my cashier was also especially amazing.

The staff at this location is ALWAYS friendly and the food is ALWAYS consistent! I pulled up yesterday and ordered and then realized I left my coupon for my salad at home. The manager and Saul honored it anyways with smiles on their faces. Keep up the great work at this location store 6117.

Not happy with the extra small chicken leg, which was literally two bites. The quesadilla didn't really have much chicken to speak of but had plenty of fresh avocado. I wouldn't order the quesadilla again but it filled me up. Nathan is awesome at the counter. Fast and on top of things!!
The problem in this store 'you get something, you lose something ' when you order your food and paid for it, make sure that everything in the bag is accounted for. Check thoroughly. You might regret losing any items.

only got two thirds of a pollo bowl. looks like the same thing happened to someone else just a week ago from reading the reviews. Avoid this place if you don't want to get ripped off.
My wife was very upset. She wanted to use a coupon to get a free crispy taco with her chicken tostada bowl. We entered the nearly empty restaurant around 12:30 pm on a Sunday. After speaking to our female appearing counter person I ordered my wife's chicken bowl, presented the coupon, and ordered two double Baja shrimp salads. I also ordered an 8-piece family meal. The two drinks that I ordered were to cost only $1.00 each when purchasing the other purchases. What I received was a chicken tostada bowl, a family meal, and two medium drinks. Nothing was discounted and the two Baja shrimp salads were never entered as witnessed by my adult son and had to be purchased on another order. This nullified the drink deal. If you will not honor your discounts, at least hire people that listen to the requested order when it is made, and not force an abortive attempt at remediation with no satisfactory result. The table next to us was empty when we arrived and still had the same used tray, greasy smears, and food particles on the tabletop for at least a half hour when we left. I am disgusted at the total experience and will never go to this messed up and unresponsive franchise location again.

I ordered “1 double chicken tostada salad NO PICO, NO BEANS, double rice” cashier repeats it back correct. Pull up, pay, get food, get home, both beans and pice and little to no chicken on the salad ? The drive thru is empty, the lobby is empty. Why are they rushing and ruining their ONLY customers order? This location is always an issue and I’m so over it. I love the salad when it’s right but can’t keep giving my money to such a care less establishment.
