Ordered a pollo bowl. The bowl was probably the worst. The beans weren't not cooked all the way, they were hard still. There was barely any chicken and it was burnt, the pieces were so little it looked like I had none at all or got the left overs. When I order the salads ($13.00) they are not fresh its wilted and the same tiny chicken pieces. Worst location, I will not go back

I really feel mistreated here. Paid $12 for dry chicken and old broccoli. The mashed potatoes were so good I was starting to feel like they were sabotaged for a moment because everything else was terrible. First, they rush you. I never remember to give my app to them, most locations don't even honor it anyway. I left the drive thru only to come back for my broccoli, which they kindly gave me the last 4 pieces that have been sitting since they opened. So rubbery, I didn't even eat it... If restaurants want to save money, COOK TO ORDER. Don't cook a bunch of food and cry about the waste. I wish we had pre covid workers. These kids are ruining fast food businesses. HIRE ADULTS. Someone needs to babysit so your customers can get a decent meal. I'm calm. Thanks for reading. ?I am an independent contracted Customer Service Trainer. You could literally hire me, I'll run that place in a day and hire the new batch of employees by Monday. Don't waste your money paying these people who don't care about your business.

I wouldn’t come here you can tell they don’t manage the restaurant well. Place was empty and it was trashed ( they don’t take time to clean it. Images attached). Took a while to get my food and again it was pretty much dead. When we tried to get napkins the dispensers weren’t filled. We asked and they said to get some at the dispenser and when we told them it was empty they checked first before giving us some (this tells you they aren’t aware of the store’s conditions nor check on downtime) . I don’t usually comment but man I’ll go to the Temecula pkwy one instead cause this place sucks.

Crunchy chicken tacos is our family’s favorite. Friendly staff Derek & Raya made sure our order was spot on & got our avocado salsa. I would say the chips & guac is even better than chipotle. Bathroom was also very clean. ?
This is consistently one of the worst locations in town! So bad that I will go to the other one, across town cause the service is better and quality of food as well. I'm under the weather and dragged myself out of bed and just went to this location cause its 4 mins away, only to get disappointed AGAIN because as usual they didn't have a breast meal avail @ 7:38 pm and was told that it would be a 20-25 min wait!! So much for fast food! I seriously wonder why this location seems to have this issue frequently and sometimes NO BREAST AT ALL! I've stopped getting the chicken bowl or or tostada salad because the pieces of meat got smaller and now they are tiny pieces of burnt scraps that seem to be the pieces that are leftover from cutting the chicken up! Unless ypu like charred meat taste, you will be disappointed! The staff, including the managers are the worst..really careless and seriously lack just basic customer service! They need a revamp of staff and cooks badly! They really make it a bad experience..that you pay for and it's unexceptable!

Just picked up our orders. First they forgot to give us our drinks so I had to get down and get it to find out it taste like water. By the time I got to the office they also forgot to give us our Chips and avocado. Can someone reach out to me because I tried to call the restaurant and no answer
This location has gone down hill for the last few years. Right off the bat, employees make you feel like an inconvenience as soon as you walk in. Tables were dirty and there was trash underneath tables. Mind you, this was late afternoon and no one was in there. I work in the food industry and take pride in what I do. It doesn't take much effort to wipe down tables and sweep the floor.

Very disturbing still in awe so my boyfriend and I just wanted to get some dinner and go home just spend time together and relax well we got just the opposite we both wanted el poll Loco so we go in just like any ordinary evening not soo ordinary my boyfriend ordered A chicken Avacdo burritos wich is always very good considering we eat at El Pollo Loco quite often at different locations myself I ordered A shredded chicken and cheese Pollo bowl we got our food my boyfriend took one bite of his Burrito it was cold so I took it back up to the counter and explained that the Burrito was cold and asked if they could please re make it the girl behind the counter was kind of rude but I paid no mind I sat down to eat and noticed my food cold also so I went back up to the counter and asked politely if they could please re make my bowl now when I asked them to please re make the burrito the manager told me just keep it and they would make A new one so when I asked them politely to re make my bowl the same girl who had given me an attitude about the burrito comes out to the table where my boyfriend was sitting and grabbed the burrito and told him we were not getting free food I was standing at the counter and asked her if there was A problem she started to get loud and Disrespectful and I proceeded to tell her that she should not be talking to her customers in that manner and she told me to shut up I told her not to tell me to shut up by this time I didn't know what to think I had never experienced anything like this I couldn't believe what was happening I have been in the grocery business for about 17 years and would not dream of talking to one of my customers the way she talked to me she told me I was ghetto I told her and her manager that I would be left with no choice but to contact corporate she proceeded to shout Disrespectful remarks from the back and I was telling her manager that she cannot talk to customers that way I told her manager exactly how she talked to me she Called me A liar and she said to meet her outside she was going to beat me up I was scared I don't do violence so I told her and her and her manager that this was unprofessional and she cannot treat her customers this way and again I would be left with no choice but to contact corporate he asked me not to but I knew I had no choice I couldn't believe what was happening I was beside myself she continued to yell rude and Disrespectful remarks and again I just kept telling her manager that this was not acceptable and I would have no choice but to contact corporate we were going to leave then she got aggressive and put her hand in my face and said she was taking A break and she was going to meet me outside and threatened to beat me up again and proceeded to follow me and my boyfriend outside I stopped and told my boyfriend I couldn't go outside I didn't trust her I was scared so I said I was going to call the Police she proceeded to tell me go ahead and that she had connections with Murrieta police department so I called the police and told dispatcher what had happened and that I would need an officer to come out so I could file A report and for the fact that I was scared to go outside so my boyfriend and I waited inside until the officer got there I stated that I wanted to file A report so he went and talked to her and came out and talked to me and said he couldn't do anything because she didn't physically touch me very disturbing experience I still can't believe this could happen corporate should check the cameras to see that she was following my boyfriend and I outside to beat me up just like she stated.
