This place, unfortunately, has become a staple as Gramps is in the hospital down the street. With that being said, the staff is always friendly, courteous, and speedy. The food always tastes fresh and is nice and hot.
If I were to have a complaint it would be the consistency is a wee bit off. Remember like 5 times in the past 12 days, the Chicken Avocado hasn't been consistent at all still good but damn the first time was super banging bomb everytime after either 1 single chuck of avocado or nine at all ?. Still fire though.

I am on crutches and the cashier didn't hesitate to assist me with my tray to my table and also after I finished dining. I will definitely come back. I truly enjoy the food as well. It's a healthier option than most fast foods.

I ate a chicken boll, and the chicken was dry and very golden, inedible and full of beans and little chicken, the rice was not visible and they did not give me sauce of any kind

The employees at this location are completely incompetent, don't know how to follow and order screen. Been to this location multiple times and every time the order is wrong or missing items or both and if you ask them if everything is in their they'll lie straight to your face saying when they know items are missing.
I had misread the menu price and was questioning the price difference and the young man handled the situation with kindness and grace... he had such a genuine, pleasant attitude and I really appreciated it! I wish there were more of him around, cause these days good customer service can be tricky! The manager was great as well! I remembered as I drove off that I remembered the manager from yrs ago and he was awesome back then too! They could teach the Winchester location a thing or two cause that location is the complete opposite experience!The coleslaw had a weird taste, not sure how to describe it, like maybe a stage of it about to go bad. I didn't continue to eat and was bummed cause I love their coleslaw and like to have it with every bite of chicken.

Reviewed quantity required to accommodate my guests.I received a call from the staff to confirm pick up time,, the day before the order was due.The food was prepared to perfection, was abundant and absolutely delicious.We are planning another gathering and will be placing another catering order.
