Made us wait, pull around again because they forgot to charge us for a quesadilla, went through and paid, no quesadilla. Incredibly disorganized

This El Pollo Loco does a great job compared to others I have gone to in SoCal. They are really attentive to what you need and make sure you leave with everything you need.
So last week I got a 12 pc family meal and they only gave me 8 today went back ask for same family 12pc meal they gave me such of small pcs looks like left overs and I asked for a L size of Mac and cheese and game me mashed potatoes bad bad bad it looks like they work on a rush when there is really no clients
I love this El Polo Loco. They are always so sweet and their food is healthy and great!

While the prices were competitive and reasonable compared to other restaurants, the cleanliness of the table was disappointing.

Chicken here is pretty damn tasty and seems to be a hell of a lot healthier than KFC or Popeyes Chicken. We like to drive through and a lot of the time get the 10 piece chicken only. We take it home and heat it up for dinner with a bag salad and voila, we have a nice healthy dinner. The chicken is cooked with citrus and flame broiled with some herbs and spices that help create a great flavor profile. The staff at this location are fantastic and they extend a discount to us seniors. We have enjoyed their sides before and they also make some gosh darn good burritos. Add salsa and chips and you have an E ticket to Flavortown. Good food, good service, easy access, equals 5 stars in my book.
Love the food at El Pollo Loco and the salsa they put on the chicken taco was delicious. Great Dr. Pepper too

My guacamole burrito gave me and my husband way too much gas for 2 days after eating here. The first time and second time it was fine but the third time we went thru the drive thru at this Hemet location at 9 pm and it tasted fine but something was not right with all the gas we had later.

We spent $50 on a 12 piece meal and the chicken was inedible and bizarrely small. Chicken completely overcooked and dried out. It went in the garbage. Hopefully the manager sees this and will make things right
I love their chicken salad 😩😩😩

This place, unfortunately, has become a staple as Gramps is in the hospital down the street. With that being said, the staff is always friendly, courteous, and speedy. The food always tastes fresh and is nice and hot.
If I were to have a complaint it would be the consistency is a wee bit off. Remember like 5 times in the past 12 days, the Chicken Avocado hasn't been consistent at all still good but damn the first time was super banging bomb everytime after either 1 single chuck of avocado or nine at all ?. Still fire though.
