I don’t like going in there because the waiters are rude. I only go to Las Alomos where they are nice. Elana at the Temecula store is rude and gets smart. She told the cook to give me a small amount of guacamole. I told her that was not nice. She gave someone else extra guacamole free. We ordered the same item. I told her I was going to tell the owner but you can never reach them. I go to Landeros every Friday night but I’m going to stop going to both places. Why spend my money when I don’t get good service. She needs to be fired.

Good quality ingredients.
Loved that their wrapping process is actually done RIGHT! Foil that doesn't just crumpled up into nothing the moment it is unraveled. Another layer of wrap after the foil. It actually keeps your food warm for HOURS! (If it isn't sitting open obviously. But if you gotta take a bite really quick after you get it and then wrap it back up quickly then next time you open it (if within the next few hours) you can still feel some of the warmth in there! Very good wrapping - actually done with care! ??

Got a breakfast burrito with bean cheese & egg. I would have given 5 stars on my review, however, at some point while eating the burrito, there were all of a sudden really really hard pieces of either the scrambled egg, potato, or maybe some other mystery chunks from the grill. (?) It honestly hurt at first as I bit down because I wouldn't be expecting anything crunchy or hard in that kind of burrito.

But it was only for a few bites but it did gross me out a little bit. Thank goodness it was just a tiny bit. But still. Definitely gotta dock a star for that. But hopefully the more I come here, the more positive experiences I will have and I'll eventually upgrade my review to 5 stars when that negative experience is a thing of the past and the good memories outweigh any bad! :)

They are FAST. I got a wet burrito and my food was done before I could get settled in! The chips are delicious with this sauce! And the portions are ofc great! They saved my lunch!

This use to be one of my favorite spots, but not anymore. I've asked multiple times for my chicken tacos to be put on real tortilla shells and not the premade ones because it just doesn't taste the same and gets soggy so fast. We live across the street from this place and the tacos were cold, soggy and falling apart by the time we got home!! No bueno!! Never again!
