El Ranchito Taco Shop

Rude customer service, Soft tacos were bland , hard tacos tasted old and so did the chicken breast, salsa no flavor, and atmosphere ok. I don't recommend this place last time I ordered everything I got was terribly made like they were giving all left over bad food. I ordered before they closed. Quality was terrible.

Don’t recommend this place for carne asada burrito. Not good. No pico and meat isn’t flavorful.

We’ve frequented this location not because it’s the closest or the most convenient but because it was the best. Because I drive a bit further, I always ask to have the meat put on the side of my taco salad so my shell isn’t mushy when I got home. Today, the cashier who was super nice asked the “manager”/cook if they would do that and they refused. He even asked a second time and they wouldn’t do it. It’s not a crazy request. I even offered to pay for the container and he said no. It’s unfortunate when simple requests such as this can’t be done. I guess we will be looking for a new taco shop.

I could barely taste the food thinking about how after saying thank you, I was met with a turned back with zero response. Rude.

Reyna the lady that takes the orders by phone is v rude. she speaks fast , doesn't listen and always get my order wrong. She doesn't even apologize after. This place is also about customer service. if you can't do it right then that's a big problem.

I ordered the chorizo and egg breakfast burrito, with potatoes added. The burrito was 80% chorizo, 15% egg, and 5% potatoes. Had I not ordered it to go I would have asked for a refund because I had to throw the burrito in the trash after just a few bites. The ingredient ratios were so off that I'm writing my first ever negative review of a restaurant. Please do better in the kitchen for your customers.

I don’t like going in there because the waiters are rude. I only go to Las Alomos where they are nice. Elana at the Temecula store is rude and gets smart. She told the cook to give me a small amount of guacamole. I told her that was not nice. She gave someone else extra guacamole free. We ordered the same item. I told her I was going to tell the owner but you can never reach them. I go to Landeros every Friday night but I’m going to stop going to both places. Why spend my money when I don’t get good service. She needs to be fired.
