With so many wineries around: a personal touch and friendly customer service goes a long way, both of which kinda lacked here
Very expensive tasting compared to most wineries around (20-30 bucks) this was 35, and the pours were stingy and impersonal, with the bartenders really pushing their own choices on us.
Decent view and maybe a good red out of what we tried, but we didn't see a lot of point coming back given the experience. We didn't even get yo take our glasses w us

They have a very eclectic menu featuring small bites, full entrees, delicious salads, and sandwiches. The view is incomparable and the service is great and unobtrusive.

We were really looking forward to our experience at Pinnacle restaurant. Read a number of reviews to suggest that was a fair expectation. We read that windows were opened for an alfresco experience, as well as tables outside - which we requested. Weather was low 80's, so it seemed a fair expectation to be offered one of these two options. We arrived for our 1:30 lunch reservation. Maybe there were 4-5 tables occupied. Very quiet atmosphere. No windows open. No tables outside, but given it was February we accepted that part of tables outside. ‘Spectacular views' were pretty grass covered hills. We were not familiar with Faulkner wines, so we asked to taste a couple - best option in reds was a Sarah @ $80/btl. It truly was not that level of wine. We shared a salad, that was okay, nothing to remember. We shared bolognese- okay, nothing to remember. We were the last people in the restaurant for a good while on a Thursday. Everyone was trying not to be obvious about waiting for us to leave 1 hr 15 min into our reservation. Service was just okay. We travel to this area every year. We have discovered some really good wines and top drawer restaurants. This was not one on either level. Two other days in the region this week were over the top - both wines and their restaurants. We are sad to say, Pinnacle will not be a repeated restaurant nor winery.

The restaurant has beautiful views of the vineyards and mountains. The winery tasting was excellent and Jim who led us through the tasting did a great job making it a very enjoyable experience. The restaurant had terrible sound acoustics and was extremely loud, making it very difficult to carry on a conversation at our table. It distracted enough from the restaurant positives, that we likely won't return.

Great restaurant with exceptional views. Great selection of menu items including a Bolognese to celebrate. I was a little disappointed ☹️ that as a member we could not enjoy any tastings ( offering to pay) which led to very little time to run over to the winery to do tastings.

We went to pick up our wine club from Falkners next door and had lunch at Pinnacle's for hubbys birthday. THE FOOD!! DELICIOUS!! The Brussels sprouts appetizer was out of this world! I had the Salmon and Risotto and was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to visit again.

It was a perfect lunch. The food and the service were outstanding. This has been one of the best restaurants in wine country for many years,

One of the best winery restaurants in Temecula. Food and service are excellent. As members we are always made to feel like family. You do not have to be a member to enjoy this special place, and the view is one of the best in the area.

The Pinnacle burger was excellent! It is big, 1/2 lb burger, good to share. The creamy mushroom soup is out of this world, also good to share!

We went to the restaurant at a very quiet early lunchtime. So the restaurant was fairly empty the view as unmatched. The service was fantastic and so was a food. I think the decor could've used a little bit of updating and maybe some music to make it a great experience. The food was delicious, but it was a little high priced for what we ordered and the ambiance. I would've been nice if they offered to take our picture out on the patio with a great view that would've made it a home run repeat Restaurant.

Third time visiting Pinnacle over last five years. Consistently good food and service. And of course a majestic view. Celebrated my sister's 80th with our son and her daughter. Bloody Mary's and Cosmos were very good. Sensing that we were enjoying our conversation, our waitress invited us to take our time and she would come back when our menus were closed. Never crowded in the times we been there but we have dined somewhat off peak hours. Food is reliably good with a good variety of small, medium and entrée sized plates. Definitely recommend.

We visited the Pinnacle to have their weekend special and it was wonderful. A great meal with first class service. Highly recommend.

Great spot for lunch in the Temecula wine country. Been coming here for for years. Never disappoints!

Overall good, but design-hard surfaces of dining area should be modified softened with drapes or decorations to absorb sound from it's quite noisy state.
