Firehouse Subs Temecula Promenade

This was my initial visit to this establishment, and unfortunately, the employees were late, resulting in a 30-minute delay past the opening time. Upon our arrival, an employee was outside and informed us that her manager was running late and was the only one with a key. Once the manager arrived, it took an additional 20 minutes for them to prepare everything. While the sandwiches are quite good, the service I received will likely prevent my return.

Went in around noon.. and they were already out of mayo. Additionally, they were low on inventory and the wait for a simple sandwich took nearly 30 minutes.

This place has amazing sandwiches! Super soft bread and many options to choose from. Try one of the many sauces. Subway is boring... come to Firehouse subs and treat your taste buds to real flavor!

Solid subs for sure. I had the hot ones collab sub and it was delicious, albeit a little on the pricey side. I spent $18 for a medium sized sub so its not cheap, but it is a stacked sub and full of flavor. They also offer some exceptionally delicious hot sauces that I recommend you try.

The two guys working were both very nice and delivered spectacular service. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich which I have eaten many times before. But this time, it tasted even better. I enjoyed every bite. It was a deliciously perfect experience.
