The food is good. There was discussion if the fries were fresh, they were cold. But, I do like their food. I avoid bread. 5 guys offer the hamburger either wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl. The problem was the music was so loud the staff could not hear the order. Plus, the music was scream style music. The order was to go. I was going to order more food, but yelling over the music was too much. Saturday night and almost no one was in the place. I've seen it standing room only. Change the music, lower the volume and the atmosphere will attract more people.

Burgers look 👀 and taste great. Employees are very professional and always greet you accordingly. However, several times I have come into this place and I observe customers cleaning their own tables in order to have a clean place to sit. I don’t believe customers should be cleaning their own tables. Mangers should be actively observing when tables are filthy and send an employee to clean them.
This place is pretty good but not my fave. I love the fries and how generous they are with them. When we arrived the place was pretty dirty inside. My burger was pretty good just needed some seasoning on the patty. The soda machine was mostly carbonated water and tasted gross 😝 there was not enough syrup to carbonated water. My family loved their meals and shake. They too did not like the coke machine drinks.
Dietary restrictions: Don't dine here if you have peanut allergies they are everywhere in the in door dining area people are messy with them.

There are so many hamburger places everywhere and the competition is stiff. The burgers are just ok . I guess if you want everything on your burgers then this would be the drawing card, but then you loose the flavor of the main item; the burger. The fries are so salty and greasy that we could barely finish them; we didn't. The staff was working very hard and were nice. Prices are way to high. I can go to the Texas Roadhouse and get Chicken Fried Steak and mash potatoes and a salad for about the same price as what would fill me up at Five Guys; not good choice coming here !!!

But what truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding customer service from Marcel, Maverick, and Ethan. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, with a warm and friendly attitude that made me feel valued as a customer. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My wife and I decided to try Five Guys on Winchester in Temecula, even though we usually prefer grilling at home or going to In-N-Out. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly—one even flirted with my wife, not realizing I was with her, which we found pretty amusing. They were also very knowledgeable when it came to explaining the length and flavor of their hot dogs. I highly recommend the cheese dog—it was especially delicious. And the best part? There were actually five guys working at the time! Great place, we definitely recommend it!
