This was my second experience at this chain and probably my last. The prices are through the roof! To charge an additional $5 for fries and a drink on top of $10 for a small burger is highway robbery. For the two of us and splitting the fries, it was $28.75. For that price the food should have been exceptional you would think, right? Not so, the fries (cajun) were soggy and not very tasty at all. The bacon was burnt and in tiny pieces. The overall flavor of the meat was fine. Very disappointed by this experience.

The food is good. There was discussion if the fries were fresh, they were cold. But, I do like their food. I avoid bread. 5 guys offer the hamburger either wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl. The problem was the music was so loud the staff could not hear the order. Plus, the music was scream style music. The order was to go. I was going to order more food, but yelling over the music was too much. Saturday night and almost no one was in the place. I've seen it standing room only. Change the music, lower the volume and the atmosphere will attract more people.
