I would not recommend coming to this place. While I was placing my order, the lady on register was not nice at all, gave me mean looks and there was just not good customer service whatsoever. Once I received my food and started eating, I soon realized that there were multiple hairs in my burger and was extremely disgusted. Ive gone here multiple times in the past and this place just seems to keep getting worse somehow. If I were able to give this establishment zero stars I would!I hope in the future they get workers that are respectful and courteous to customers and have better health regulations!All in all, two thumbs down ??

Genuinely disappointing food. Service was good, but a lot of things need to change to increase quality. Burger patty was overcooked and over pressed, Buns weren't toasted enough and then smashed when wrapping, and the Fries were burnt noodles. Quality control needs to be done to fix this. There are some easy fixes that'll bring the quality back up. Management needs to be talked to, and staff needs a refresher.

RIP FIVE GUYS. Lost a long time customer today. Unfortunately, this place is on a major decline. The manager Marcos couldn’t have been more unprofessional and had the nerve to even tell me that the drive from my house to come back to the restaurant to get a refund is only five minutes even the Google shows it as 10 minutes and I don’t think that includes the huge amount of holiday traffic around the mall . Don’t remember the last time I’ve dealt with a more disappointing experience from a manager who clearly is 100% unqualified to do this job. It’s time to find yourself a new burger spot in town. The food is decent here but the service really sucks if anything goes wrong. I’ve given this branch thousands of dollars on my money and today they messed up an entire order and I got home to my family and there was zero hamburgers in the bag they gave me and they were willing to almost nothing to correct the situation. I hope they felt like this was the right decision to offer me a stupid little $10 comp card When they’re gonna lose thousands of dollars of our business over the next few years. I’m not even getting a refund. The only way they’re able to do anything is if I drive all the way back across town. Not worth it. Just bad management. I’ll go to other burger spots.

The BEST burger ever. It was FRESH! Something you don't get anymore!The fries were LIMP.The service was okay. The staff are goofing off, they were LOUD did not act professional, it was annoying.The tables and floors were dirty.All of the staff 5 people were behind the counter not concerned about the tables.The cheeseburger saved this place.
