Such delicious spirits! Our group did the full tasting including gin, vodka, rye, and whiskey and they were wonderful. If you're looking for an adventure in spirits I highly recommend Galway. It's a fun location with multiple stills and spirits that can absolutely be enjoyed on their own without any mixer.

Went to this place last week and the tastings we're good with a nice atmosphere. The following weekend I came back with my family and the we were waiting so long for tastings that we closed out before finishing half, but a couple that came in right after we had sat down and was next to our table finished their tasting with no waiting. As we closed out we were told that our party should not have been seated and didn't even apologize for the wait. Needless to say I don't know if I'll return.

Okay talk about a tasting experience!! We had Cammy and Hannah (hope I spelled names correctly) for our tasting. Here you get the history behind the different spirits and what sets them apart from other spirits. We got to hear the story and process behind each of our tastings, which is really quite interesting. Pair that with some amazing energy and fireeeeee personality and it really sets a new standard for future tastings no matter where I go. The custom cocktails they made were also some of the best I've had. Highly recommend this hidden gem to people. It felt like a great community and seemed like there were a bunch of regulars here too. Will be coming back for sure

Such a great experience from the moment we walked in. We were greeted and welcomed by all the folks who were working. No sooner than grabbing a seat we were served drinks by Justin that were amazing. We thought we were just dropping in to grab vodka and head home back to LA. We ended up staying for several hours enjoying a few drinks and meeting some really great local folks. Such a great place to stop in have a few drinks and take home some really enjoyable spirits. Best of all this place is dog friendly.

Excellent atmosphere and impressive drinks! We just loved our experience. My only regret is not knowing about this place sooner as it was such a great time! Juan and Justin were there when we went and it was a great time! Juan was good company and Justin did an amazing job taking care of us. We will definitely be back, and made sure to buy some of their coffee whiskey and gin. Thanks for a great time!

My friends and I came to Temecula for a four day girls trip and did a tasting. Well, they did a tasting, I was Designated Driving. However I did have one cocktail crafted by the wonderful mixologist, Cammie. We had a great time talking to Cammie, Graem (the distiller) and Juan, who gave a wonderful presentation of each liquor along with some history and info. The inside of the place is super cozy and cute. The liquor was all delicious (I might've snuck a tiny sip of each shot.) Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. There's obviously wineries galore in the area, and we hit those up as well, but if you're looking for something fun and different, come see Galway Distilleries!

I planned a sibling trip with my 3 siblings and their partners (and my niece) to do a tasting at Galway. We had the best time! Fun, informative, and just quality products. Fast forward to ordering additional bottles to be shipped at a later date. Juan is amazing and was able to make it simple and easy. If you want a company that has old fashioned values of treating their customers with trust, respect and genuine care…come here. We will be returning soon and already have more people who want to try!!
