Highly recommend the burger
Beautiful restaurant with great food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They have us recommendations and great service. They let us taste and sample the wine before we ordered. Food was good, with fantastic view and great wine. We will be back soon.
Nestled in a breathtaking location, Gaspar’s Restaurant is a haven for food lovers and scenery enthusiasts alike. The culinary experience here is nothing short of extraordinary—the dishes are crafted with precision and flair, each bite bursting with flavor. From the exquisite starters to the decadent desserts, every item on the menu is a testament to the chef's artistry.
But it's not just the food that stands out—it's the view. Dining at Gaspar’s feels like being on the edge of paradise, with sweeping vistas that create the perfect ambiance for relaxation or celebration. Whether you're watching the sun dip below the horizon or marveling at the starlit sky, the scenery elevates your meal to an unforgettable experience.
To top it off, the service is impeccable, and special credit goes to Liz, whose warmth and attentiveness truly made our visit exceptional. Her genuine smile and keen attention to detail added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. Liz’s hospitality is the cherry on top of an already outstanding dining experience.
Gaspar’s Restaurant is a gem that effortlessly combines culinary mastery, scenic beauty, and top-notch service. A must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in the finer things in life!
I had high hopes for dining at Gaspar’s Restaurant at Altisima Winery, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. From start to finish, the service and food quality left much to be desired.
Everything was painfully slow, and we barely got any attention from our server. The food took an unusually long time to arrive, and in the meantime, our server never checked on us. To make matters worse, a busser spilled beer on one of my guests and failed to return to clean up the mess.
When the food finally arrived, it was another letdown. I ordered a burger medium, but it came out overcooked. Given the long wait, I didn’t bother sending it back because I was starving. Sadly, the burger’s quality reminded me of something you’d get at a theme park—far from what I expected at a winery restaurant. Half of my guests also found their dishes bland and lacking flavor.
The filet mignon, in particular, was disappointing. The portion of beef was ridiculously small, while the plate was overflowing with French fries—hardly a balanced or appealing presentation.
The only saving grace of the evening was the sparkling and Super Tuscan wines we ordered to share. Both bottles were excellent, and they’re the reason this review gets two stars instead of one.
Overall, Gaspar’s has potential given its location at a beautiful winery, but the lackluster service, poorly executed dishes, and overall experience make it hard to recommend.
this place is great , golf carted in , great view. big parties of people having fun. the food was great. i had fish and chips and the wife had Portobello sandwich. my issue was it was so loud. something that keeps sound from traveling. People sitting at different levels hard to hear.
Beautiful place, beautiful view, awesome food and great service.

A good place to eat when touring the wineries. Beautiful grounds and great service. Given that, the Prime Rib Sandwich was inadequate lacking in meat and fixings. Fries were good.

Great place! Wonderful food. Beautiful location with incredible views. Excellent service. Clean, easy access, affordable, wine tasting, souvenirs, variet of dishes to choose from, plenty of parking & supplement venue for private parties. A very good choice overall!
Dietary restrictions: Ask service waiters for details about spices and food dish ingredients.
Wheelchair accessibility: Bathrooms are very nice, clean, and include an easy Wheelchair accessible private room.

Calamari was flat out disgusting. Tasted like over fried freezer burn.
I heard that a new head chef is there now and the menu has been revamped a bit.Didn't remember seeing the Vietnamese sandwich there before, so decided to try it. It's pretty pricey at $24, but that's typical winery restaurant pricing, I guess.Unfortunately, I can't really recommend that particular item. The amount of pork belly in the sandwich compared to how much one pays for it makes the whole thing not worth it. Also, when the sandwich comes to you, the pork belly is completely covered by just the lettuce. Not a good banh mi experience at all.

Get the Catalan Gambas! In fact, I got them twice. I got them for a lunch appetizer and got another to go. They are amazing. The view was awesome, the staff was helpful and polite, and they even have misting fans on the patio in case it gets too hot. Definitely will be going back. The only issue I had was the steak was not a good cut of steak, but my wife had a great cut, so maybe I just got unlucky. I had awesome Cab Sav, so I didn't really care so much about the food if I'm being honest. Everything else was great.

Great views and great service!A highlight to this place would be the “get here and prepare to wait” which can be paired with a wine tasting.Tapas Tapas Tapas. They are anything but small plates but taste good nonetheless. Order sparingly.Lots of refreshing drinks so be sure to try them.Service note: Eli was exceptional and attentive. Made enjoying our afternoon celebration even more enjoyable.

A great restaurant. Recently travelled to SoCal/ Temecula.I usually don’t like to write negative reviews hence not much reviews from a lot of forgettable food/ chain restaurants experience over two weeks. It was nice to finally have a memorable experience. The food and ambiance was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional. I want to pat myself on the back for choosing this restaurant with having had only 2 reviews on Google lol.Definitely recommend.
Beautiful place and great food! I really had a wonderful experience here with my boyfriend. We visited on a weekday and almost during sunset. It wasn’t as busy so it was perfect! The view was gorgeous, especially during sunset! The food was delicious! So good I still think about it til today. The patatas bravas was surprisingly appetizing and the seared salmon I got with spanish chorizo was mouthwatering ?Their dessert was decadent. My favourite one would be the chocolate churros! So soft and yummy!I cannot wait to go back and eat here again when I am in the area. I definitely recommend this place to visit if you’re around Temecula! ?
Loved this place. Amazing scenery.
