The individual's demeanor was not conducive to a positive customer experience. His evident annoyance upon our arrival created an uncomfortable atmosphere, ultimately leading to our departure without making a purchase. It is concerning that this is not an isolated incident, as his rudeness has been observed on multiple occasions.

I come here often and it's one of my favorite drink places. But today I feel very disappointed, first because of the service, his service attitude made me feel very uncomfortable, second because the PITAYA LEMONADE drink I usually ordered made me feel that the fruit was not fresh. All in all, I'm feeling worse and worse. I hope the boss can pay more attention to the quality of goods and the service attitude of employees. I'm very picky about food and drink, so I took a sip and it didn't feel right and I came back and asked the clerk to try it and he said it was my taste, I bought drinks here countless times and you told me I didn't like it?? And this drink is definitely not the same as before. It doesn't taste fresh. Can't I ask for a change? The most ridiculous part was when I changed it, the clerk told me to take out the PITAYA myself and throw it away. Don't make it dirty here . Is this the attitude to solve things? I read that comment and I don't think I'll ever come back. I'll tell everyone on every platform. You have no idea what I do!!!!

It's my first time visiting this place, and I can that it's worth your money. This mangonada is very unique and special from all the mangonada I tried in the past. It has a very rich flavor with lots of mango tidbits and fresh cut mangoes. A must try!

The staff member at the counter appeared to be quite impolite and uninterested in providing assistance. This has occurred on multiple occasions during our visits to this establishment. Today's experience was particularly disappointing, and we have decided not to return in the future.

My first time here and was very disappointed with the service. Didn’t get greeted. Bought the Dragon Blast and it was extremely sweet, I couldn’t drink it. I ended up throwing away. Didn’t bother going back for a refund.

I was visiting in Calif. I bought a strawberry lemonade. I saw the lavender and the employee told me it was a best seller he gave me a sample. I loved it. So I ended up buying that one too...I will be back for more next time I visit. The employee we helpful and very friendly.

Lavender lemonade is an absolute staple

They won't sell you tap water, even with a full price purchase of a $14 smoothie. The cashier was so embarrassed to say it and wasn't surprised when I walked out. I want smoothie and tap water, it's not hard.
