It was my best friend's birthday and a group of us girls decided to meet up at a winery. I knew the winery that we chose didn't have a restaurant, so I went online the night before and ordered a meat and cheese board from Grazing Theory! It was ready for pick up when I arrived, and it was absolutely gorgeous! Everything on the board was delicious and fresh! Thank you, Gina for helping me last minute with the perfect nosh!

The most creative little appetizers! We decided on the charcuteries cones for our wedding to make it easy for guests. These were so well crafted and displayed they made for a wonderful addition to our cocktail hour that really elevated the space. The cones came with rental stands to hold them & allow for guests to easily grab one to enjoy. All the guests couldn’t get over how incredibly tasty they were but also pretty to look at. These were the best way to satisfy guests until dinner. You can tell the company really cares about their craft and takes the time to make something meaningful.

Had the Burrata Pear Salad. It was displayed so all of us could eat it like an appetizer. The owner included some baguette slices upon request. It was beautiful, delicious, perfectly balanced. She delivered it to us at the old rustic barn next door that is Marshall Stewart’s Wine Tasting. Service was great and the Burrata Salad added elegance to our Old West experience at Vail Ranch.

The brunch board they put together was not only aesthetically beautiful but also SO delicious!! The variety of cheeses, fruits, and other treats were a hit and the mimosas were the perfect addition to the spread. The team at Grazing Theory came to set up and are always fantastic to work with—professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. My first time checking this place out would have been tonight for an event I saw online. I picked out a dress, got a babysitter and my friend bought a ticket too. I randomly got one email stating your order has been canceled the morning of. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone through calling the business and text since they didn’t accept voicemails. I called two more times since the event was still posted on Instagram. Finally I got someone on the phone who just said the event was canceled. No explanation or anything. My friend called to see why and the person said an email was supposed to be sent out. Both her and I never received any email. Just your order has been canceled. It’s still currently posted on their instagram. Now that we both have babysitters I guess we will find something else to do. This was completely unprofessional canceling our tickets with no explanation and me running around trying to get an answer. Because of this I don’t recommend this place and will never be checking this place out due to unprofessional Ian.
