We couldn't have asked for anything better. Grazing Theory handled the Respice for Dad, Tom Allen. It was beautiful. The choices were excellent; every item was popular. We had more than enough meat, cheese, fruit, nuts, berries, jam, honey, crackers and bread for everyone and so many more people attended than expected. Of course I didn't think to take photos, but each board was worthy of several. Thank you for handling this for us and making this part of a tough day easier on us, and more delicious.

It was my best friend's birthday and a group of us girls decided to meet up at a winery. I knew the winery that we chose didn't have a restaurant, so I went online the night before and ordered a meat and cheese board from Grazing Theory! The most creative little appetizers! We decided on the charcuteries cones for our wedding to make it easy for guests. These were so well crafted and displayed they made for a wonderful addition to our cocktail hour that really elevated the space. The cones came with rental stands to hold them & allow for guests to easily grab one to enjoy. All the guests couldn’t get over how incredibly tasty they were but also pretty to look at. These were the best way to satisfy guests until dinner. You can tell the company really cares about their craft and takes the time to make something meaningful.

Had the Burrata Pear Salad. It was displayed so all of us could eat it like an appetizer. The owner included some baguette slices upon request. It was beautiful, delicious, perfectly balanced. She delivered it to us at the old rustic barn next door that is Marshall Stewart’s Wine Tasting. Service was great and the Burrata Salad added elegance to our Old West experience at Vail Ranch.
