We ordered the mini charcuterie board as an appetizer and a variety of Italian Cannoli's as desert for a get-together with friends. This is our 2nd time ordering from this establishment and both times, it was great! High quality products arranged beautifully. Everything was so delicious and freshly made! Next time we will order a larger charcuterie board since it was such a hit! Ordering and pick up was easy. Will definitely continue to order again.

I recently ordered a sandwich bundle from Grazing Theory for a party. It came with 12 half sandwiches (3 different types) and 6 bags of kettle chips. It was packaged beautifully with each sandwich wrapped in parchment and twine. Also provided was extra dressing and a delicious habanero peach jam. We served ours as a light lunch for 12 adults and if you're looking for something more filling, I'd plan to order 2 trays. Delicious and will order again!

One of my most favorite places to go in Temecula. Whether it's for an afternoon snack or sandwich and a glass of wine or to pick up a beautiful charcuterie (that NEVER disappoints) for a party. Her wine selection is very nice too. I also order charcuteries as gifts or even in place of flowers for someone who's lost a loved one. Gina and her team are incredible.
The beautiful charcuterie board I ordered for Grandpas Memorial was wonderful in many ways. It was a nice distraction from the sadness we were facing. They raved about so many items in the board, from the cheeses, crackers, olives, just everything. Everyone had something good to say about it and also several we're trying things for their very first time, and loved it! This was a last minute great decision I had to make and I am so happy I chose GT! It was delicious, beautiful presentation, interesting, fun and a very nice portion of everything.Thank goodness we have such a unique business in our town!

Came here today for the first time and we loved it. We come to Vail maybe one time a month, but usually just either go to the Daisy or the Local. Today we wanted to try something new and we are so happy we did. We got the mimosas flight to share and Bella sandwich to share and both were 10/10. We will definitely be coming back and signing up for their social club. Also, I wanted to add that we had our youngest with us (11 months old) and the gals working were so kind towards our daughter. We appreciated them.
