This place is horrible, service was terrible, had to ask for utensils and i have to get my own receipts over the counter because she's busy texting, server not friendly she was on the phone while serving, no smile or concerns for their paying customer, the atmosphere and environment was very poor, the place.were hot, only fan was turned-on and on the floor.
I'M SURPRISED THEY STILL OPERATING. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANY MEMBER OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS OR OTHER PEOPLE.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE ENVIRONMENT, HORRIBLE FOOD, PORTION AND TASTE. NOT WORTHY OF A GOOD MEAL, NOT WORTH OF YOUR MONEY. I WILL AVOID THIS PLACE

Food was horrible and cold. Rice tasted off… everything was either over or under cooked. Best thing was the lumpia and I’d give that a 2/10. Rude to me like I was bothering them going in there. Place was very dirty. Do not eat here.

My aunt ordered a lechon for her birthday, and we were told they'd have to cut it in half to fit it in their oven. It seemed like an odd way to cook a lechon, but we went with it. What wasn't acceptable was being served a burnt lechon that cost over $400. To make matters worse, the restaurant blamed us for it being burnt because we picked it up 20 minutes late. They left it inside the oven??? And they left the oven on??? The customer service was terrible, and the lechon was even worse--completely dry and bland. None of us could eat it, so my aunt had to turn it into paksiw just so we could salvage it.

Super disappointed. Sis in law ordered whole lechon. The meat was super dry and with NO flavor at all, the skin is not crispy at all and obviously over cooked and burnt. All the guests were very disappointed. Not worth For the price of $407. You guys should give a refund for the very poor quality of your food. |

I ordered a whole Lechon, cost $$$ it was burned. Pork skin is so bitter, when we chopped it, no meat, because it was so dry. Pork have been cut in half that looks like that cut off a bit of meat in the middle…

Called my order in over the phone. Got two items combo and bistek was dry, you can tell been sitting on the food warmer and they’re are very stingy w rice. Poor customer service over the phone and rude. No thank you. Poor customer service and food isn’t that great! So I give 1 star.

They have great service. I don't know what other reviews are talking about. Food comes out excellent. Overflowing lunch combos that I have leftovers for the next day.They have holiday specials that's fantastic to bring to parties, and they always get compliment about how tasty it is. Ordering from this place every holiday party.

Great food, great prices & great service. This may be a hole in the wall but I would never want to go to other eateries like Island Pacific. IP may look fancier but their food seem to taste the same & mostly have been under the heat lamp for extended period of time which make it dry. I've been coming to Great Panad for over 10 years & have not been disappointed.

Vegetarian options: They have sautéed vegetables & stir fried spicy tofu & eggplant made to order as vegetarian dish as well as grilled eggplant.

Food seemed poorly prepared. More like High school cafeteria style. Fried rice was not well flavored, the broccoli beef was terrible. 2 bites and I stopped. The orange chicken was just okay. I won't be returning.
