I've eaten here many times.
Food has always been good.
The Chili Verde burrito is very good.
Also the Chili Colorado burrito as well.
There is a burrito that's called the Macho which is half Verde and half Colorado.
Best of both worlds!
Fajitas are also a good choice!
The chips are warm and salsa has a great taste.
I haven't eaten breakfast here yet.
But have always been satisfied with lunch and dinner!

I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this place yet, I've been coming to Guadalajara's for 11 years now, it's actually my favorite full service Mexican food restaurant in Temecula. I've been here for lunch, diner, Sunday brunch, all spectacular. Good food, great drinks, good service, and prices are fairly reasonable for the potion sizes, plenty of seating options as well. We even came here and enjoyed it during covid.

So good! I loved it!
I did notice a couple things though. The greeter either needs to change job or roll. Super unwelcoming, she’s too serious.. my waiter was super nice & friendly though. Also, I remember birthday celebrations being so fun. When I went today it was just simple 1 person happy birthday. I remember they use to go all out in birthdays. What happened? The food is delicious, but overall unsure to be back..

So disappointed - been going here for 10 years. Prices up (way up) quality down (way down).

Quite good food, decent vibe. Metallica playing a bit odd for a Mexican joint - but I'm a fan of them so....

Server guy could have been more attentive. They weren't swamped.

Wanted to bring my coworkers here since it's on the way back to the office and it's not as good as the last times I've been here. Chicken was dey, it seemed like it was just sitting there, not freshly made. The tostadas were okay but the chicken not so great. On our way out we all went to the ladies room and saw the toilet situation...this needs attention. How can we trust the cleanliness of this place if we see this...gross

Soup is extremely spicy, the shrimps are fine, but waited for long for this dish to be served while other people in the group (they didn’t order soup) had eaten half of their dishes, probably should have ordered non-soup dishes.

Their Molcajete was the most rancid dish our family ever tasted. It tasted like spoiled milk mixed with heavy amounts of beer. It tasted like puke and had our family gagging. Not to mention the meat was very salty! We are not the type to complain, but the waiter seemed to defend the dish and charged us for it. Our group collectively agreed we would never return to this place ever again.

This was a busy place but they had a seat available when we got there. The service was quick and efficient and the food was served hot and delicious.
